لثلاث بنات ، الأب موظف معاش وتاجر مواد غذائيه ، الأم موظفه ، وهى تربيه رياضيه وتعمل مع الأب في المحل ، وغير مرتبطه وتعيش مع الأسرة في اسكندريه ، واشتكت انها تلجلج في الكلام وتنفعل مع المزيكا ، واشتكت هى من الاجترار مواقف المواجهه والذى تصل انها تكلم نفسها بصوت عال ، وعندها بهاق (غير ظاهر) ، وسهله البكاء والأرتباك ، وكانت تعاني من عنف الأم ومازالت ، وتبدو الأم محبطه منها وشيفاها فاشله (انتى مش هتنفعي) ، وتعايرها بأخواتها البنات ، واتضح انها البنت الثانيه بعد عشر سنوات وجاءت لأخت وام معنفين وأب معنف ونشأت هكذا حتى اصبحت فاقد الثقه في نفسها متردده وخائفه ، وبالفحص شعور بالدونيه ، سرعه انفعال ، حساسيه ، خجل ، سهوله توتر ، قلق شديد ، التكرار ، البطء ، تسارع القلب ، اليأس ، والارتباك الى درجه عدم القدره على اداره الأموال او الأنتباه الى المساحات بين الأفراد او اداره المشاعر مثل البكاء او الضحك الغير مناسب واعتقد انها اضطراب شخصيه عصابيه (سهوله الغضب ، الأرتباك ، الوسواس ، الأحباط ، الحساسيه) ، مع قلق معمم وسوف تأخذ بروزاك 20 Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up الجلسة الاولي خكت عن تفاصيل علاقتها بابوما وامها واخواتها والمشاعر اللي بتحسها وطلبت الجلوس مع الام افهم منها اكتر واطلب منها تبقي اهدي معها في التعامل جلسةةاليوم ٢٤ نوفمبر ٢٠٢٤ سألتها تحبي نشتغل علي ايه فطلبت اتها اواي تعرف تاخد حقها وتعبر عن نفسها مع اي حد فطلبت منها تحدد المواقف واللشخاص اكتر وبعدين اتفقنا علي نقطتين تشتغل عليهم ١- انها محتاجة تمسك لجام مشاعرها متسبهاش هي اللي تسوقها فتندفع وتفقد السيطرة وده هيجي بانها تسمي الشعور اللي حسيته والاحتياج اللي اتخبط وتستعين بمصادر دعم توجهها تصرف ازاي في المواقف لحد ماةتبقي قادرة تتصرف هي وهي قالت باباها واختها سورزان الصغيرة دول مصادر دعمها الحاجة التانية اللي اتفقنا عليها انها تحس بقيمة نفسها في وسط الحاجات اللي هي تمتلكها حاليا سواء شغلها مع بابا في السوبر ماركت او انها عايشة معاهم في البيت اوانها خريجة تربية رياضية فترجع تروح جيم تتدرب وتدرب وهكذا وان متخليش افتقداها لحاجات في حياتها دلوقتي زي الجواز او المرض يمنعها الإحساس بقيمتها في حاجات تانية تقدر تستمتع بيها واتفقنا تاخد اسبوعين تشتغل علي النقطتين دول بوعي ولو في وقت فقدت السيطرة تسامح نفسها وترجع تكمل شغل ونتقابل الجلسة القادمة بعد اسبوعين نشوف وصلت لايه وايةةالصعوبات اللي وقفتها ٧/٥/٢٠٢٥ احسن كتير واكثر استقرارا والعلاقات مع الام والاخت افضل، وحياتها مركزة في الشغل ومذاكرة انجليزي وشغل البيت ولا توجد اي حياة شخصية او اجتماعية ولا تخرج وحدها أبدا، وأعتقد ان جروب مسارات مع البنات سوف يفرق معها كثيرا في نمو الشخصية أ. عبير 7/5/2025 رحاب جايه النهاردة متحسنه جدا ً شغلها احسن، بتشتغل كويس، حتي بدأت تهتم بالتغذية، ومبقاش فيه تصرفات زي تسمع اغاني في الضلمة لوحدها، كلمت الاب والام وهما مش مصدقين التحسن وانها وصلت لحياتها الطبيعية، اتفقت معاهم يقابلوا دكتور نبيل، ونتقابل كل اسبوعين عشان نثبت التحسن، وعلاقتها مع الاسرة ونفسها وشكلها ووزنها بقيت تتحسن بشكل كويس جدا ً، فهما هيجوا متابعة لدكتور نبيل للتقييم Depressive symptoms Depressive
