Summary	منال ٢٩ سنة، ليسانس آداب، لا تعمل، متزوجة من سنة ونصف، تشكو من عصبية و عدم ثقة بالنفس ، من مشاكل في علاقتها بزوجها.. نشأت في أسرة مفرطة الحماية، الأب كان يعمل مدرس و كان قافل عليها خالص و رافض انها تشتغل ومبتعرفش تنزل الشارع لوحدها، والأم ست جدعة عندها اعتقادات غريبة شوية بس مقبولة ثقافيا انها ملموسة و معاها قرين وانها بتتوقع حاجات و بتطلع صح وجابولها شيخ مرة .. هي كانت مرتبطة بزميل ليها من الجامعة بس اهلها رفضوه عشان يجوزوها لإبن خالتها و تزوجوا ( الزوج صاحب شركة مقاولات وبيحبها من زمان، متربي معاها، ) ، شافت شات بينه وبين واحدة وقالتله و هو اعتذر وعرف غلطه على حسب قولها.. هي محتاجة تتعلم تعبر عن غضبها و مهارات اجتماعية نبيل ٢٣/١/٢٠١٩ بدات الحالة الحالية منذ ست سنوات وذلك بعد التخرج من الكلية ورفض الاب انها تخرج للعمل وأصبحت شديدة العصبية والغضب وكذلك اضطراب التنفس، ومع الخطوبة من ابن الخالة اكتشفت ان الخطيب (بيزني) وحكت للاب والام وكانوا بيبرروا له، وحتى ان الاب ضربها وجوزوها له وبعد الزواج اكتشفت انه بيعرف واحدة عليها، وحاليا هما مع بعض ولكن هي غير قادرة على التعامل معه وبالفحص هي شخصية ضعيفة وقلقه جدا وبالبلدي خائبة وكذلك سكيزوتايبال ربما لتغطية ضعفها الشخصي. تعاني من اعراض قلق شديد حتى انها لا تستطيع عبور الشارع وحدها، وتزوجت رجل رغم انه بيحبها لكن بيخونها باستمرار وكذلك ، وسوف تاخذ اريبيبريكس ٥ مل ولو لم تستجب تاخذ مضاد اكتياب، وتقابل دكتور محمود سعد لإعادة ترتيب افكارها وتدريبها كيفية اتخاذ القرار ثم مقابلة زواجية بعد ذلك

Follow Up	تم خلال 3 جلسات تعليم المريض بعض المهارات الاجتماعية خصوصا الاعتماد عليها فى المطبخ بشكل جزئى وعمل اكلات جديدة من اليوتيوب او مشروبات، الاتصال بالاخرين وتاكيد حجز الجلسات بنفسها دون الاعتماد على اختها الكبرى وتفكر الان فى مضروع خاص بها خصوصا مع ترحيب الاهل بذلك كما تم بدء تعديل الافكا ر السلبية عن نفسها وعن ضعفها من خلال سجل الافكار والتعليم النفسى والاسئلة السقراطية كشفت المريضة عن افكار paranormal beliefs زى انها مخاوية جن وبيديها معلومات عن الاخرين وبيعرفها حاجات هتحصل لكن تم تاجيل الحديث عن تلك الافكار لحين تقديم الجلسات
