Summary	شروق ٢٧ عاما، الأكبر لأخ و أخت ،متزوجة منذ سنتان و لديها بنت ٧ شهور، بكالوريوس تربية فنية، كانت تعمل مدرسة رسم و اعمال يدوية، لا تعمل منذ الزواج، تشكو من الم اج السئ و فقد الأهتنام وقلة الإستمتاع.. نشأت في أسرة تقليدية لأب حاصل على دبلوم صناعي ويعمل تاجر تحف و أم حاصلة على فنون جميلة ربة منزل، العلاقات متناغمة بينهما ...تزوجت منذ سنتان من عمر حاصل على حاسبا ومعلومات و يعمل بالتسويق العقاري ، تعارف عو طريق الفيسبوك لمدة سنة قبل الخطوبة و الزواج و العلاقة بينهم جيدة، كان لديها علاقة عاطفية سابقةأثتاء الملية مع معيد بالكلية ( كان متزوج ) لمدة سنة و توفي في احداث الثورة ٢٨ يناير ٢٠١١ وكلموها هي عشان كان رقمها في جيبه لما توفى وتزامن هذا مع وفاة جدها على يدها و دخلت بعد وذلك في نوبة إكتئاب شديدة.. بالفحص لدها اعراض قلق و اكتئاب.. ابتعادها عن العمل والرسم، الزواج والإنجاب و خلافات بين اهل الزوج و اهلها، عدم رضاعة ابنتها رضاعة طبيعية لرفض الطفلة انعكس على احساسها بقيمة وجودها، كل هذا أكى الى الصورة الإكلينيكية الحالية.. كتبتلها لوسترال ٥٠ مجم ومحتاجة دعم و شغل على صورة الذات تقوية الأنا

Social	كنت بحب ارسم و اعمل حاجات هاند ميد دلوقتي معنديش طاقة، مش مبسوطة، مفيش استمتاع، وبعيط كتير و بحس بدقات قلبي ، بقالي فترة كده من بعد الجواز حوالي سنتين

Follow Up	٦/٢/٢٠١٩ بدا الاكتئاب بعد الولادة منذ سبع شهور كما ان الزوج رجل روتيني وتقليدي وعكسها وعصبي جدا مع ملاحظة ان حصل اجهاض مبكّر، وكذلك تباعد كبير وجفاء بينها وبين أهل الزوج وكذلك خناقة كبيرة بين الاب والزوج انتهى بطرده من بيت اَهلها وهي شايلة جامد من اهله وبالفحص ، تعاني من فقد الدافعية والشغف السابق والزهق والخمول والعصبية والشعور بالدونية وقد تعبها اللوسترال وسوف تاخذ بروزاك بدل اللوسترال وريميرون بدل الكويتابكس لتحسين الحالة الجنسية، ويستحسن فحص الزوج لانه احتمال يحتاج مساعدة متخصصة وسوف اشتغل معهم فيما بعد استشارة زوجية
