Summary	١٦/٧/٢٠١٩ بنت عمرها ٣٢ سنة نظم ومعلومات ولا تعمل حاليا وكانت تعمل اعمال مختلفة منها أخصائية تجميل في صيدلية سيف، وتسويق وكانت جاءت اصلا للشكوى من الترجيع وتقطيع نفسها وصراعات مع الاهل، وقد اخذت بروزاك وذهبت لسالي عدة مرات وقد تحسن التقطيع ولكن الترجيع مازال، ولديها حاليا قلق شديد تجاه فقد الاهل لدرجة بتفكر تموتهم وتنتحر وتخلص، ووقفت البروزاك لانه بيخليها تجز على أسنانها وحاليا محتاجة تحريك تاريخ الزياره 16/12/2019 افيكسور 75 اريبرلاكس 20 لسه فيه ترجيع لكن اوقات بتسيطر علي الترجيع لكن بتكون اكلت كتير تدخلات سلوكيه لتأخير الترجيع و تقليل الاكل الزائد علاج سلوكي للررهاب الاجتماعي الدوره الشهريه قاطعه من سنه تقريبا وده من مشاكل الاكل والتغذيه

( تخوفها ) الوزن - قررنا نبدل ب اربيديكس لتجنب موضوع الوزن ) * وقفت اذى الذات من فترة * فعلياً شكلها احسن كتير لكن هوس الاكل الصحى * سلوكيات اضطراب الشخصية الحدية كانت زادت لكن لينا واعيه وبدأت تدير . ( لو اكلت اكل صحى عارفه السعارات بالضبط مش برجع لكن لو مش حاسبة هرجع حتى فى كيس ) * ادارة العلاقه مع والدها + والدتها + ادارة العلاقه مع الاكل بطريقه اكثر صحية

Follow Up	لينا مع المركز من فترة ومن الاصل مريضة دكتور نبيل لكن من فترة بنعمل علاج معرفي سلوكي لسلوك الترجيع وأضطرابات الاكل شخصية وسواسية وحاليا الوسواس زاد في سياق الخوف علي فقد الاهل لدرحة أنها بتدخل تتاكد لو عايشين أتكلمنا عن العلاقة الاعتمادية المتبادلة مع الاهل هتبدأ أفيكسور 75 جم لفترة ونقيم لكن بعد شهر يجوز أضافة أريبريكس تثقيف عن مخاطر الترجيع ( توقف عضلة القلب / مشاكل في الاسنان ( حصلت بالفعل ) وغيرها من مخاطر ) تفعيل سلوكي في سياق الاجتماعات / العمل تاريخ الزيارة : 4/2/2019 بروزاك 40مجم + اريبيركس 20مجم + سيركويل 25 مجم مشروع خطوبه قريب لكن لسه موجوعه من انفصال العلاقه اللي فاتت ميول اذي الذات والهوس بالفكره نفسها بعد غياب سنه ونصف رجعت الدوره بعد الانقطاع بسبب تقليل التركيز بدل الهوس بفكره موت اهلها بدأت كورس انجليزي رهاب اجتماعي زايد جدا بسبب الهوس بفكره خوفها من الناس ومن اذاهم مشكله الشعله
