أنا شخصتها إضطراب عدم التكيف مع مزاج قلق ، محتاجة تفاصيل أكتر Diagnosis/Notes Social شخصيتي اتغيرت، بقيت ضعيفة وانطوائية وعايزة أقعد لوحدي، بكره شغلي، Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٢٣-٢-٢٠١٩ هي شايفة انها مضطرة تبقى في الوضع ده ، انها تروح الشغل الصبح و ترجع تتغدى وتقعد مع إبنها عند الأب والأم و بعدين تروح تقعد وتنام في الشقة اللي فيها زوجها السابق ومستمرة في ده...اتكلمنا عن الإختيارات اللي قدامهااما الرجوع و الاقامة في بيت الأب او اعادة الزواح من أحمد و الإقامة معه او انها تاخد شقة لوحدها، و تم طلب تحديد وقت لإتخاذ القرار.. ٩-٣-٢٠١٩ بدأت تقعد فترة أطول في بيت والدها و تبات فيه و بدأت علاقتها بإبنها تتحسن و بقت أقرب، هتقابل د.نبيل المرة القادمة للمساعدة في الخطة العلاجية. ٢٩/٤/٢٠١٩ استقالت منذ شهر والزوج مرض وهي بتمرضه، ، واضح طبعا ان الزوج هوموسيكشوال واتجوز مرة في محاولة لعلاج نفسه وخلف طفلين ورجع اتجوز تاني وخلف وحاليا عايز يرجع لها تاني ، وحسب كلامها هو لا يمارس الجنس ويبدو انه غير قابل نفسه والعلاقة بينهما علاقة استغلالية لانه هومو غير متقبل لنفسه ووحيد وهي ونسه وسنده الوحيد وهي علاقتها بالاب كريهة وهي بتعامله معاه كبديل للاب وكداعم ورجل في الحياة، ، ولازم تعمل خطة انسحاب بعيدة عنه وستأخذ سيبرالكس ١٤-٥-٢٠١٩ أخذت سيبرالكس ١٠ مجم نصف قرص مساءا لمدة يومين فقط و اشتكت من قلة تركيز و اعراض قلق و أفكار انتحار ثم توقفت عن أخذ الدواء، و قاعدة مع طليقها مبررة ذلك بإنه عمل عملية المرارة و مفيش حد معاه غيرها !!!
