المشكلة الحالية انها دى السنة الثانية فى سنة 6 ابتدائى، هى مدرسة صعبه، رسبت السنة اللى فاتت عشان الرياضيات وعادة السنة السنة دى الترم الاول راسبة رياضيات ودراسات وكدا هتنزل السنة تانى ، هى طول عمرها متاخرة دراسيًا بتحفظ بالعافية ، بتمل بسرعة مش بتعد على المذاكرة كتير ، مش بتركز لمدة طويلة ، بتغير من الاخت، متقلبت المزاج ،بتميل للفت النظر ليها سواء (بالكلام /اللبس/ الشعر ) مرتبطة بالكلب جدا وبتعد معه مدة طويلة ، لما حد بيطلب حاجة منها بتقول تعبانه الولادة طبيعية. تأخر الكلام مكنتش بتنطق جملة على بعضها لغاية 3 سنوات و6 شهور . المرحلة التمهيدية لم ترد شكاوى . الصف الاول حتى الصف السادس الابتدائى المستوى منخفض، ترسب فى المواد، الانجليزى احسن من العربى بتتهجى الكلام. مريم ...... انا مش عارفة انا جاية ليه، عند تعريفها بما قالته الام، اشارت انا مش بحب المذاكرة اصلا، 24 ساعة فى 24 ساعة انا زهقانة مش بحب اعد فى البيت ،ممكن اسرح شويه، انا بتوتر فى الامتحان بتجيلى افكار هسقط، من اول السنة دى بسسسسس لكن قبل كدا لا ، ده صعب ولما ابدء احل بيكون الوقت قرب يخلص وده معايا من فترة ولقد تم تطبيق الاختبارات الاتية: 1- مقياس ستانفورد بينيه للذكاء ( الصورة الخامسة) وقد كانت النتائج كما يلى: نسبة ذكاء البطارية المختصرة ( ن ذ ب م ) 85 أقل من المتوسط تشير االنتائج السابقة إلى أن نسبة ذكاء مريم المختصرة(85) مما يوقعها فى المستوى أقل من المتوسط كما لوحظ أن درجة اختبار الاستدلال غير اللفظى تقع فى المستوى المتوسط، بينما يقع اختبار المعرفة فى المستوى البينى. 2- مقياس القلق للأطفال إعداد : فيولا الببلاوى. أجابة مريم على بنود ذلك المقياس وقد حصلت على درجة (39) وهو ما يوقعها فى المستوى الشديد من حيث مستوى القلق. مقياس الانتباه اجابت الام علية اشار انها تعانى من نقص الانتباه ومشكلات سلوك Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ١٢/٣ هي فعلا قلق مع اعراض اكتيابية، مع نقص في المهارات وتقدير الذات وسوف تاخذ بروزاك وجنكو الجلسة الاولى الام تشير انها لم تاخذ البروزاك عشان مر، تشير انها بتزعل من الام كثيرا عشان مش بترضى تديها الموبيل ، مزاجها احسن لانها نجحت فى الدراسات ، تدربنا على الاسترخاء عايزة اخرج عايزة اعمل اى حاجة مش مع اهلى المهم النزول، الف حتى الجنينة، تحدثنا عن اسلوب الدراسة فى البيت ، مزاجها كويس هذه المرة الام غيرت مدرس الدرسات والرياضة. ٩/ ٣ الام وقفنا الدواء من السنة اللي فاتت وكانت كويسه بس درجاتها الترم الاول وحشه ونازلة ٣ مواد، عرفت انها على علاقة بولد فى المدرسة واخدت منها التليفون هو ده اللى كان شاغلها ، الام اصلابعيدة عن البنتت مش بتتكلم معها فى الموقف ده خلت اخوها هو اللى يتكلم معها ، بتشير ان مريم بعيد ومش بتحكى ، مريم ....مضايقة من اخذ التليفون وشايفة انها مش بتحب المذاكرة ، وانها بتسرح وهى بتذاكر ومش بتعرف تحفظ ، ١٧/٣ جاءت بتحويل من دكتور ولاء لانها مازال عندها مشكلة مع التركيز والانتباه وكذلك وقفت البروزاك وحسب طلب دكتور ولاء سوف تاخذ
