Summary	26/9 يشتكي من صعوبة العلاقة الجنسية مع الزوجة وانه مقفول منها بسبب ذلك، وأصبح يرغب في الانفصال ورغم انهما يشبهان بعض كثيرا في الشخصية فكلاهما هادي ومنطوي وبارد عاطفيا وكلاهما مهتم جدا بالتفاصيل، ولكنه منشغل جدا بنجاحه المهني والسياسي وبيروقراطي وروتيني جدا كما انها متربية بطريقة مفرطة الحماية وشديدة المحافظة. محسوكة جدا ويبدو ان المشكلة الرئيسسيسسية في عدم قدرته على تلبية احتياجاته الجنسية والقدرة على التوافق العاطفي والفكري ويحتاجان الى تطوير قدراتهما الجنسية ومن ناحية اخرى هو شيخ غير قادر على الاستمتاع الا فيما هو جاد سواء شغل او سياسة

Social	محمود اخصائى عيون..مجتهد وعملى جدا..من اسرة متوسطة ذات اصول ريفية مازال على اتصال بها حتى الآن. جاء بمفرده فى البداية يشكو من فطور فى المشاعر العاطفية تجاه زوجته بشكل عام وخاصة في العلاقة الزوجية. كان هناك صعوبة في العلاقة الزوجية فى بداية الزواج مما استدعى الذهاب إلى د.منى ابو الغار التى قدمت المساعدة المطلوبة وتحسنت العلاقة بشكل كبير..واصبحت طبيعية ومعتاد سياسيةمحمود طبيب شاطر مشغول بنجاحه وانجازه المادى بشكل كبير..عقلانى.له اهتماما بالسياسة. هتمامات سياسية..عنيد.. يتحدث عن زوجته بذوق ويرى انه ولكنه يرى انه المسئول عن تدهور المشاعر. تم طلب مقابلة الزوجة: مرام..حاصلة علي بكالوريوس صيدلة وتعمل في احدى المستشفيات العامة.. امراة نحيفة مهتمة بمظهرها وكلامها .من اسرة ميسورة الحال..اى شىء عايزاها ومحمود لايرى اهميتها تطلبها من امها. مرام من أب مهندس قبطى اسلم حتى يتزوج من أم مرام الليبية اثناء عمله هناك فى ثمانيات القرن الماضى .وجاء بها إلى القاهرة..توفى من سنتين فقط ..العلاقات مع اهل الام محدودة ومقطوعة مع اهل الاب..ام مرام ثرية جدا.. حدث إجهاض فى الطفل الاول منذ عام واصبحت صدمة بالنسبة لمرام .تخشى تكرار . التجربة بشدة.يث يتسم سلوكياتها ببعض الوسواس وخاصة النظافة والتى بسبب هذا السلوك يحدث بعض الصدام حيث يتطلب الذهاب الى اماكن غالية علشان يتفسحوا..( مرام لاتقبل الذهاب إلى اماكن متوسطة المستوى. لكن مش بتضغط عليا .لما اقول لها نروح نسافر فى مكان مش عاجبها ترفض بهدوء .ولاتصر على تغيير المكان. بس النتيجة اننا مش بنتفسح ) مرام ليس لها اصدقاء غير امها واختها الفنانة المشهورة والتى تعانى من وسواس قهرى واضح ولكن لايستطيع احد مواجهتها بذلك مرام تتحدث عن محمود بحب واهتمام.. وعند مناقشة الحالة مع د.نبيل طلب مقابلته
