لأخين ، الأب تربوى معاش ، الأم ست بيت ، وهو تجارة E ويعمل مصرفي ، ويعيش مع الأسرة في الوراق . وهو شاب لطيف وجاء يشتكى ان علاقته بأسرته سيئه ما عدا الأخ المهاجر ، واشتكى من قسوه الأب الذي يمارس العنف وسهل يطردهم بره البيت ، الأب كثير الأستغلال ، ومنذ سنتين توقف تماماً عن التواصل مع الأخ لأنه انانى . وبدأ منذ 5 سنين يشعر بعدم الإنبساط ، والتقلب المزاجى . ويعاني بمراره من الأب كما ان الأم تأخذ صف الأب والمشكله ان المشاكل المذكوره تافهه فعلاً (نسى النور ، اتاخر بشترى موز) والفحص يعاني من الشعور بالدونيه والنقص ، الاجترار ، سرعه الضيق ، الشعور بعدم الأمان لدرجه لا يحكى مع اصدقائه او زملائه ، تقلب مزاجى ، وحده ، الخوف ، ارق مزمن ، قلق اجتماعي ، تمنى الموت ، وبالتالى هو شاب ذكى ويعمل ومستقل ولكن من اسره مضطربه وعلاقه مضطربه مع الأب والأخ ويعانى المزاج الاكتئابي والخوف تجاه المستقبل والشعور بالفشل . وسوف يذهب الى ابراهيم للشغل على كل ذلك دون دواء لأنى لم استطع تشخيصه اضطراب ولكن مجرد صعوبات نفسيه . مسار 4 جلسات من 28 فبراير حتى 6 مايو 2024 ابراهيم يونس بجانب الأعراض السابقة هو أيضا لديه سمات شخصية مثل عناد وردود فعل سريعة وعدم التفكير في عواقبها عليه بعد ذلك، ونتيجة ذلك فقد يدخل في مكايدات أو عدوان سلبي معهم، ولا يتجاوب بسهولة مع محاولات الإصلاح من طرف أسرته. ويفكر في السفر بدعوة من أخوه بألمانيا. تم العمل على تعديل أفكاره حول هدفه ليكون تعديل مزاجه والإنجاز في حياته وليس تغيير والهروب من أسرته، وزيادة الوعي بدوافع والديه تجاهه ليكوّن تفسيرات لا ترتبط به شخصيا، ثم العمل على تقليل الاجترارات وتأجيلها، لأنها كانت مسيطرة عليه ورفعت مستوى القلق والترقب داخل المنزل وفي العمل، والوعي بالتوقعات السلبية وترقب التهديد قبل العودة للبيت، كذلك يلجأ للهروب من البيت وتجنب أي تفاعل مع أسرته رغم بعض محاولات استيعابه بشروط الاعتذار لأخيه. حضرت خالته بطلب منه مرة وأوضحت الأجواء الصعبة المنزلية وأخطاء الوالدين وخوفها عليه. خلال الجلسة الأخيرة شعر بتحسن في مزاجه وتركيزه في شغله لكن يرى أنه ليس هو التحسن الكامل الذي يريده، تفهمت ده منه وطلبت منه يكمل لأن النتائج تراكمية. كما يحسب له انتظامه في 4 جلسات، ومع ذلك واجهت مشكلة تنفيذ التكنيكات بطريقة مختلفة نوعا ما عن عما اتفقنا عليه وراجعت معه في الجلسة طريقة تنفيذه جلسة 22-5-2024 ابراهيم يونس تناولنا في الجلسة أهمية استخدام اللغة الوجدانية أكتر مع الناس وتقليل الردود الدفاعية الاستباقية والاستمرار في التعامل مع الهم WOORY والتوجس بالطريقة التي اتفقنا عليها في الجلسات السابقة هو شايف انه لم يتحسن التحسن الكافي، وفهمته ان ده تحليل جديد حوالين مشاعره وقلق حول العلاج نفسه واقترحت عليه العودة للدكتور نبيل وكان مرحب بالفكرة
