Summary	سيدة عمرها ٤٠ سنة وخريجة لغة عربية وتعمل مدرسة تزوجت لمدة خمس سنوات من رجل خريج دبلوم ولا يعمل وانجبت طفلين الأكبر هو المريض، وطلقت من ١٨ سنة بسبب إهمال الزوج لمسؤولياته الزوجية ومحاولته قتلها وتعيش حاليا مع الام والابنين وتعيش حاليا من معاش الام وعملها، ولا توجد اَي علاقة بين الابناء والزوج وجاءت تشتكي من الابن الأكبر لان احدى الجارات رأته وهو في سن ١٣ سنة في وضع ما حميمي مع طفل في عمره ولَم تحدث اَي مشاكل كبرى بعد ذلك باستثناء مرتين سرق فيهم عشرين جنيه وخمسين جنيه وهو بطل كاراتيه ويعمل مدرب كاراتيه، وهناك علاقة غير متزنة مع الام ومنذ شهرين طرد من المنزل وذهب للعيش عند صديق وهذا الصديق اشتكى انه سرقه وانه شاذ وهذا كلام غير مؤكد ، مما اضطر الام الى إرساله للاب لمدة شهر ثم عاد الى البيت، ومن المقابلة البسيطة للجدة والابن يبدو ان الأم شديدة القلق عليه ومفرطة الحماية وسوف تاخذ بروزاك وسوف أقابله مرات اخرى للمزيد من المعلومات، ،وبفححص الابن يبدو شخصا لطيفا ومتعاونا وهو تربى بعيدا عن الحماية الاجتماعية لاب مهمل وام منهكة وموظفة وهو الأكبر ويدرس ويعمل ويتدرب ويدخل بطولات كاراتيه وعلاقته جيدة بخاله وله أصدقاء كثر وانتخب رايد الفصل مما يظهر ان سمعته جيدة ويبدو انه يعاني من الاكتئاب والقلق وسوف يأخذ استيكان وأتابعه
Diagnosis/Notes
Social	حضرت الأم بمفردها تستفسر عن وابنها الذى يبلغ من العمر 17 سنة، حيث اشارت انه يتطاول عليها بشكل عنيف يصل لحد تكسير المنزل بالاضافة الى اكتشافها انه يمارس الجنس مع اقرانه منذ فترة، حيث كان قد قام بتلك التصرفات وهو فى الصف الثانى الاعدادى ، وتم عقابة وتوجيه بالامتناع عن ذلك الا ان الأم اكتشفت فى العيد الصغير، بعد خناقة كبيرة بينها وتغيب عن البيت مدة 5 ايام وتبين انه كان يجلس عند شخص اكبر منه وقد قام هذا الشخص بالتواصل مع الاخ الاصغر عشان يبلغة ان نور قام بسرقته وانه يمارس الجنس معه. الوالدان منفصلان منذ 12 سنة ، وكان يقييم فى بيت الجد للام حتى العام الماضى ، حيث انتقل الاهل للعيش بمفردهم منذ عام تذكر الأم انه متفقوق دراسيًا وانه اختار ثانوى صنايع لسهولة دخول الكلية الفنية العسكرية أو كلية الهندسة . ليس لع علاقة بالاب قوية سوى من فترة بسيطة جدا بعد الخلاف بينه وبين الام .

Follow Up	26/6/2020 جاشت بعد سنيتن ورغم ان الابن لم يحدث معه مشاكل واضحة هي غير قادرة على التعامل معه ورافضاه تماما وبتدعي عليه بالموت وطبعا هو بيغلس عليها جامد
