جدا، كان يعاني منذ ثلاث سنوات من إضرابات ذهانية لا ترقى لتشخيص الفصام وبدا العلاج الدوائي الذهان والاكتئاب مثل السيبرابرو والفافارين والاربيبريكس والاكتينون، وقد تحسنت الأعراض حتى ان الذهان كاد ان يختفي ولكن الشخصية تأثرت كثيرا وفيه دونية وفقدان لمهارات اجتماعية وثقة في النفس رغم حفاظه على علاقات اجتماعية كثيرة ودودة، ومحافظ على قدراته العقلية ومزال يدرس في الجامعة وماشي الحال، ويحتاج الى اعادة معهد خدمة إجتماعية الأب: 68 سنة، مهندس وحاليا ً بالمعاش التاريخ العائلى: بنت العمه، أبن الخالة، أبن العم، يعانوا من حالة نفسية يرجح كونها فصام وسبق لهم دخول المستشفيات محتوى الجلسة: تم الأتفاق مع الأم بعدم التدخل فى شئون المريض وتقليل جرعة الفافرين إلى نصف قرص، ومتابعة التوصيات العلاجية كحضور الجروب والجيم والأنتظام بالدراسة ومناقشة الضلالات 8/4/2018 حضر المريض ولدية بصيرة أفضل، أنا كنت بربط الكلام غلط، مبقتش حاسس بمراقبات منتظم على الدراسة واجتاز التيرم الأول بتقدير جيد، والمذاكرة 5 ساعات ومنتظم على الجيم، أبدت الأم استجابة بعدم تدخلها فى حياة المريض وعلاقته بنفسه أفضل وتم ايقاف الـ فافرين ومنتظم على قرص اراربيكس 10 مجم، ومنتظم على الجروب المريض هو الأوسط من ثلاث، له أختين وعلاقته بوالده سيئه حيث كان يعمل مهندس وخرج معاش مبكر فى عمر 50 سنة وعمر المريض سنتين، يقيم مع والديه واخته حيث
