الصغرى لبنتين وأب قاس وعنيف وهي تعاني من ضعف تركيز واندفاعية، وخروج على التقاليد والخروج على الشباب، وبالفحص عندها اضطراب في التفكير التجريدي، ومشكلة تعليمية، وتحتاج الى صبر تربوي شديد مع أدوية للقلق والاندفاعية، ، وقد تم فحص الام ايضا وتعاني من قلق وضغط نفسي شديد بسبب العلاقة المتوترة بالأب، Diagnosis/Notes Social الاب والام: بتنفعل ونرفوزه ودايما عايزه تمشي اللي دماغها، وبتسرق فلوس، وضعيفة جدا دراسيا، ومندفعة وممكن تكسر الازاز، وعايزه تتمكيج على طول، واحنا عايشين في طور سينا، وتروح افراح من غير ما تتعزم وبتخرج مع شباب، وحركتها زيادة جدا، هي: بابا بيضربني كتير، وبيمنعني من صحابي، وأختي نورهان سري معاها، وانا مش عايزه تليفون حاليا، والمشاكل دي بدات من إعدادي وكمان اندفاعية ، وعايزه بابا يسيبني في حالي، وعايزه بابا يسيبني في حالي وميضربنيش، ، الاخت والام: بابا هو السبب وعنيف وعصبي للامور وممكن يتكرر ذلك، ومحتاجة دوا ابيكسيدون يهديها وينميها حتى تبدأ التدخل المعرفي والسلوكي ١٢/٨ نجحت في ثانوية عامة واتغيرت كتير جدا وأهدى كثيرا، وأصبحت اكثر هدوءا ولا تسب اخواتها، كالعادة وأقل اندفاعية، وقدرتها على التجريد تحسنت قليلا وأصبحت اكثر استبصارا، سوف تمشي على ابيكسيدون نص وتيبوفورتين فقط ١٧/١١/٢٠١٨ بعد نجاحها في الثانوية لم تستطع دخول الجامعة بسبب انهما امتحانات دمج، وهي منهارة جدا بسبب ذلك وأصبحت اكثر عصبية وعنفا، واتضح انها لا تاخذ الدواء وسوف ١٢/١/٢٠١٩ رغم التحسن وانها تبدو اكثر ذكاء وقدرة على التعبير عن نفسها، مازالت بتعمل مشاكل وعلى التليفون دايما وآخر حاجة كلمت ولد عن طريق بنت خالتها المعاقة، وكانت هتفتح له البيت الساعة ٣ الصبح،وسوف تدخل الجامعة في الطور ٢٨/٤/٢٠١٩ مشاكل كثير مع الاسرة بسبب عدم سماعه، واحيانا بتكلم ولد وبتقطع معاه ،ورغم شكوى الاهل الا انها مازالت متحسنة، ومن ناحية اخرى ادخلت صاحبها البيت من ورا اَهلها ثم حكت لامها الموضوع وهربت من البيت ورجعت تاني والمشكلة انها مش ماشية مع ولاء كويس وواصلها شعور انها رافضاها وسوف نحاول تظبيط الموضع وتم تغيير الدواء من ابيكسيدون الى اربيبريكس لان فيه مزاج اكتئابي ٢٢/٩/٢٠١٩ رغم انها نجحت في الكلية ولكن المشاكل الرئيسيّة انها بتكلم ولاد ومؤخرا اصبحت اكثر عندا ورفضا وعدم طاعة وغضبا وصريخا مع الاهل، ، وتم زيادة جرعةلاريببرازول الى ٢٠ مل وبنشوف الأخصائية بتاعة الطور ٩/١١/٢٠١٩ سافرت مع واحدة صاحبتها (وكانت مصاحبة اخوها اصلا ) شارم الشيخ لمدة يومين وبعدين راحت ميت غمر، وبعدين الاهل بداو يدوروا عليها ١٥/٩/٢٠٢٠ متفاقم هتاخد حقنة كونستا ٢٥ كل شهر ونشوف وتتابع مع ولاء ٢٢/ ٩ ولاء حكت على المشاكل اللي عملها، وعن علاقتها بالولد، طلبت من آلام الحد من التوبيخ ومن الحركات التي تثيرها ٢٦/٦/٢٠٢١ نبيل الرضع سيّء جدا وهي عاملة مصايب مستمرة وتبعت صورها عريانة للناس وعاملة فضايح رهيبة، وحاليا في علاقة مع واحد ضايع وعايزة تتجوزه، وماشية على كونستا ٢٥ ورافضة العلاج والاب طردها مع امها عشان الفضائح وحاليا
