Summary	بنوتة لطيفة من اسرة تقليدية لأب غائب اغلب الوقت بسبب عمله في السياحة وفي حال وجوده يتدخل بشكل قوي ومفرط وحاد في حياتها وبدرجة مزعجة ومعتدي جسديا ونفسيا، وتعمل في شركة لتنظيم الحفلات، مما يضع عليها ضغط ثقافي وأخلاقي شديد، وبدات تعاني من سنتين من التهابات بالأنسجة الرقيقة مثل العضلات والأربطة والأوتار وعولجت كثيرا بدون تحسن، فقط عندما دخلت في علاقة تحسنت ثم ساءت بعد فركشة العلاقة، وتعرضت لحوادث تحرش شديدة من مدربها في ثانوية عامة ولم تستطع ان تحكي لأحد، بالفحص وجد انها تعاني من سمات حدية ودونية أعراض قلق شديد واكتئاب وسوف تأخذ سيبرالكس وأشرفها بعد شهر ونتابع

Follow Up	٧/٣/٢٠١٨ الام: كنت بضربها وهي صغيرة، وساعات تبقى عنيفة في الرد، والعلاقة بابا وحشة قوية، ، هي: انا مش كويسة والدوا مفرقش كتير، ومضايقة من شغلي، وواضح انها اتجرحت جامد من كلام زمايلها عليها، ، وحاليا فيه افكار انتحارية، ، وعندما عرضت عليها تروح لحد تاني فردي اعترضت وسوف 26/3/2018 دألفت الملخص: تكملة معلومات وجبات عن مفهوم الذات 22/3/2018 (د. الفت) مناقشه ما تم طلب منها الجلسة السابقة في مفهوم الذات (تقيم) المطلووب :- متى يسيطر علي والمشاعر المصاحبه متى اكون مسيطره والمشاعر المصاحبه + حضور الجروب مع أ. علاء ورد الفعل جيد جداً عودة للجلسات بعد انقطاع: جرد للعلاقات ( إمتى استغل وامتى أترك الآخر يستغلنى ولماذا؟) مقابلة الأم بناء على طلبها للاطمئنان على ميار ومدى فزع ميار من هذا الطلب تخوفا من معرفة معلومات عنها منى. جرد للمخاوف وربطها بالعلاقات الآن ومسار العلاقات القديمة. وضع أهداف بسيطة في تغير نمط العلاقات الحالية وبدأنا بالعمل ٩/٢/٢٠١٩ سابت الشغل لحدوث تجاوزات وراحت اشتغلت في مركز ستاليست وتشعر انها احسن وتبدو انها تغيرت فعلا وأصبحت اكثر هدوءا وعمقا وبطءا في اتخاذ القرار لكنها مازالت تشتكي من نقص الثقة في النفس، (لكن بتضحك ضحكة هبلة مش فاهمها بس يمكن مفيش) والبيت اهدى وترجع ذلك لانشغالها، اعتقد محتاجة اعادة النظر في روتين حياتها شوية بشكل يحسن مزاجها ويحافظ على الاستمرارية وكذلك التركيز على تحقيقها لذاتها في الشغل والدراسة، 27 مايو، لم تعد ملتزمة بحضور الجلسات،
