Summary	كان عبد الرحمن متواصل بشكل ايجابى اثناء التقييم ، وان كان متململ، ، مندفع الاداء ، عبر عن ضيقة من عدم رغبة الام فى جلوسه معها ، كما اشار انه بيزهق برعة من الاستذكار قدراته كويسه، تركيزة اثناء اللعب كويس. كل اعراض اضطرب نقص الانتباه وفرط الحركة عالية جدا ، هيحتاج تقييم لمظاهر القلق والاكتئاب، جلسات فردية ثم جلسات جماعية .
Diagnosis/Notes
Social	عبدالرحمن هو الطفل الأول من ثلاثة ، فى الصف الثالث من المرحلة الابتدائية، حضرت زوجة الاب معه، حيث اشارت ان الوالدان لعيد الرحمن منفصلان منذ عمر عام ونصف لعبد الرحمن ، وان الاب كانت لا ترغب فيه ، وتركته امام باب شقة الدة للاب ، ، كما تذكر انها عرفت عبد الرحمن وهو فى الصف الاول من المرحلة التمهيدية حيث كانت هى مدرسته ، وكان طفل غريب مكنش بيتكلم خالص، يوقع الكراسى على الارض، وعنيف مع الاولاد ، وكان بيحب ولازال الذهاب للمدرسة ، كالم بتاعه مكنش مفهوم حتى سن 4 سنوات ، ، بعد ولادة اخواته من زوجة الاب كان بيحاول يموتهم بالمخدة ، السنة اللى فاتت كان بيدخل الحمام على زملائه ويتفرج عليهم ، وكمان كان بيقلعهم ملابسهم ، الاب كان مانع الذهاب للاب وبدات تكلمه من العام الماضى وذهبعندها واعد حوالى الصيف كله معها ، طول الصيف رجع بيعمل حمام على نفسه ، وكان بيجيله تشنجات وهو نايم ، حاليًا الشكوى انه عايز يروح يعد عند الام وهى رافضة يعد معاها ، وهى قال ليه انا مش عيزاك تعد معايا هبقى اخدك فى الاجازات ، حالًيا نفسيتة وحشه، مش بيسمع الكلام خالص ، ، بيرسم طيارات وناس ميته ،، وطول النهار عايز ماما ، انا عيزة تعملى ذى ما انتى بتعمليلى ، دلواتى بيعمل حمام على نفسه بالنهار وهو صاحى ، المستوى الدراسى ضعيف الصف الثانى من المرحلة التمهيدية مكنش بيروح العلاقات الاجتماعية بدات تتحسن ، اسلوب العقاب المتبع معه كان الاول الضرب وبطل من عامين ، الزعيق والحرمان من الاشياء حالًا
