لأب جاف وبعيد وأخ كذلك وام ربة منزل تقليدية وتعمل في شركة بترول، تزوجت عن حب زميل لها طيب وحنين ولكن غير رومانسي وبعيد عاطفيا وأنجبت ولد وبنت ولظروف مرض البنت الوراثي انشغلت كثيرا بها وتباعدت العلاقة مع الزوج الغير عاطفي وتدريجيا تباعدت حتى أصبحت مجرد زائرة في المنزل بلا علاقة مع الزوج والأبناء وفي نفس الوقت تطورت مشاعر بينها وبين زميل لها متزوج ويحبها ويريد ان يتزوجها ولكن ام الزميل رافضة ولا تشعر باي انتماء للبيت او للزوج ولكن بانتماء للزميل الصديق،،، تم الاتصال بالزوج وكان متعاونا جدا والاتفاق معه على تأجيل القرار لمدة شهر وسوف تأخذ دواء وتبذل مجهود لتكون اما جيدة وزوجة جيدة بدون حميمية سوف تأخذ سيبرالكس ومقابلة ثلاثية بعد شهر ان هي وافقت Diagnosis/Notes Social اتجوزت زميلي عن حب وخلفنا بنت عندها مشاكل وراثية وحصلي صدمة فظيعة، وابتديت ارتبط بأهلي ورغم ان البنت اتحسنت كتير صحيا وبقت رائعة ولكن جافة، والعلاقة مع جوزي بقت وحشة ومن ٤ سنين ابتديت أعيد النظر في كل حياتي، بقى هو القريب من الولاد وانا رافضاه تماما والعلاقة بينا انتهت خالص، والأب والابن والبنت بقوا حاجة وانا حاجة، ومؤخرا فيه زميل لي متزوج وبيحبني وعايز يتجوزني وراح قال لامه كمان، Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٦/٣ رغم الاتفاق المسبق اتطلقت اثر خناقة بسيطة من اربع ايام، وهي عايشة مع الام حاليا ومستريحة جدا ما عدا ان الولاد بعاد جدا وعدوانيُّون وهي مش فارق معاها ولا فارق معاها الولاد ولا حتى حزينة، والزميل مهتم وزاد اهتمامه بها، ،، وحاليا موقفة الدوا ومفيش اي علاقة مع الزوج او الأبناء واضح انها فشلت تماما تعمل علاقة مع الابناء وفي المقابل الاب نجح انه يكون الاب والام وهذا منذ سنين طويلة وبعد الطلاق الابناء أصبحوا متباعدين اكتر لدرجة التعامل معها كانها غريبة عنهم، ورد فعلتها ايضا عادي ٢٤/٤ تعبانة جدا لان الزميل سابها لخوفه من ربنا عشان كان بيحصل بينهم حاجات جسدية خفيفة، والولاد متباعدين عنها ولا يرغبون في رؤيتها، ، ،وهي حاليا تعبانة جدا بسبب مشاعرها تجاه الزميل الذي تحبه ويرفضها، سوف تعتبر نفسها في مفترق طرق وتحتاج الى اتزان نفسي لكي تستطيع اتخاذ قرار في حياتها وسوف تاخذ بروزاك وموتيفال ١٥/٥ الدوا قافل نفسها، تماما، والولاد مازالو رافضينها تماما تماما،، والعلاقة بالأبناء سيئة جدا لان الاب مانع اَي تواصل معها كنوع من العقاب لها وهي بدأت تفقد الشعور تجاهم واحتمال يكون الدواء له دور في الموضوع، ، سوف تاخذ بروزاك يوم بعد يوم ومطلوب التدخل مع الزوج من قبلي عندما أراها المرة القادمة ، وهي مازالت على تواصل مع الزميل الحبيب ١/٨/٢٠١٨ حصل خناقة مع الحبيب وشك فيها انها بتواصل مع حد تاني، وعملها بلوك كامل وواضح انه بارانويد، الأبناء مقاطعينها تماما حتى انهم عملو لها بلوك ويحملونها المسؤولية رغم أنهم اختاروا يكونوا مع الاب واحتمال البنت كانت شاكة انها تعرف حد، وحاليا عايشة لوحدها في شقة الأهل ،وحاسة انها خسرت كل حاجة واللي قدامها واللي ورآها ، وعائشة في وحدة شديدة بدون أصدقاء او أهل وتشعر بعجز شديد وعقاب الهي، أخذت موتيفال واتحسنت شوية وقَعَدت معاها تاني وشرحت لها انها نشفت عاطفيا ومحتاجة تقف على رجلها وتتأكد بالها من نفسها أولا قبل ان تهتم باخر أخذت سيبرالكس وسوف تحضر الجروب ٧/٨ مضايقة جدا لغياب صديقها ولا شيء اخر، ومش قادرة تستوعب قلبته عليهاومنهارة مازالت لكن كرامتها معناها تكلمه، ،، ومش قادرة تعيش ، حياتها وهو بعيد، وواضح انه ده نمط علاقاتي عندها كان مع
