Summary	فتاة في ٣٢ سنة من الاسكندرية لأب وام مدرسين وأب كفيف وحياة مستقرة وأخ واخت اصغر وحياتهم مستقرة احبت وتزوجت زميلها ، ونتيجة لاختلاف الطباع مع الزوج هي متحركة اكثر وهو اهدا وبدات في التباعد وحتى انها قربت من اخر قريب للزوج ولكنه قرب برئ وعاطفي جدا اقرب للصداقة منه للعلاقة ومع ذلك تشعر بالذنب،، وبالفحص هي شخصية اجتماعية رومانسية ومنطلقة وتزوجت زميل لها بارد واسكيزويد وقد تعبت من العلاقة ومؤخرا أصبحت تعاني من البرود العاطفي والجنسي تجاهه والضجر من العلاقة، مع أعراضه اكتئابية مثل الخمول والصداع والإحساس بالذنب، والرغبة في الموت بدون افكار انتحارية، وزادت في الوزن ، سوف تأخذ بروزاك مبدئيا لتحسين المزاج ومن ثم عمل تدخل زواجي

Social	متوترة جدا: مش مبسوطة وطول الوقت عايزة اعيط بقى لي كذا سنة،جوزي كان زميلي حبينا بعض واتجوزنا وهو مشاء الله كان شاطر، كنت متخيلة حياتي بشكل معين واتغيرت وبدات ابعد عن محمد وأقرب من ناس تانية وبقيت احس بالذنب ومش عارفة اقرب منه، وهو مبيشتكيش وعنده رضا جامد، ،

Follow Up	٥/٩/٢٠١٨ على بروزاك من وقتها وفيه شك بالحمل، وتقريبا مفيش قلق حاليا، ومفيش بكى خالص لدرجة انها اصبحت اكثر جرأة مع الشخص الاخر، ، واضح انها محافظة جدا رغم انطلاقها وكل رغباتها في الحياة أمور بسيطة مثل تجربة الشيشة او السجائر،وعلاقتها بالشخص الاخر مازالت بدون علاقة جسدية، والعلاقة بالزوج أفضل لدرجة انه اتغير كتير بعد مواجهتها له، وبالفحص تعاني حاليا من البرود الجنسي والخمول ونقص التركيز وإحساس بالذنب تجاه الزوج، وسوف تعمل اختبار حمل لانها محتمل تكون حامل وسوف نعمل مقياس الرضا الزواجي ٢١/١١/٢٠١٨ حامل، وتعبانة من الحمل جدا، ومضايقة لانها حامل في بنت وكان نفسها في ولد، والزوج اتغير وبَقى اقرب ومتعاون جدا وشايلها حتى بيسرح للبنات شعرهم،ولكن مشكلته انه روتيني فعلا رغم انه مؤخرا بدا يتغير، ولكنها غير قادرة على تقبل التغيير لانها اتعودت عليه بطريقة مختلفة ومطلوب مقابلة الزوج لتحريكه، ، ،
