عارية وشعر احمر ومصرة توصف نفسها بفصامية وعاشت مع اب وام فصاميين حسب كلامها وهي الكبرى لثلاث بنات احداهما متاخرة عقليا وذهانية، وتشتكي من تقلبات مزاجية وعلاقات جنسية متعددة، وذهبت لطبيبين نفسييين وأحدهما وصفها باضطراب ثنائي الوجدان ، ، وبالفحص هي تعاني من تقلبات مزاجية وعلاقات متقطعة وحادة، وبالفحص أظن انها لاتعاني من اضطراب نفسي محدد ولكن اضطراب في الشخصية اقرب للبارانويد والحدية والهيستريونية، وتحتاج الى تحسين صورة الذكر وتحسين صورة الأنثى لذلك سوف تعمل علاج نفسي فردي مع معاك وعلاج جمعي مع سالي في مجموعة الحدية،، وهي حاليا هي على بريانيل ٨٠٠ وكويتابكس ٤٠٠ وواوكسالبتال ٦٠٠ ومحتاجين كذلك مراجعة التشخيص والدواء ٣ / ٥ ( جلسه مع د اسلام الكلام مش مترابط وغير منطقي خالص و محتاجين مصدر معلومات غيرها المعلومات دي لو صحيحه فعلا يبقي فعلا اضطراب شخصيه وهيكون الوضع صعب اوي لكن اعلان ع الفيس ولقيناها ودخلناها مستشفى وبعدين دخلنا ماما مستشفى بردو،، انا مفيش علاقات اجتماعية، وحاسة عندي نقص وانتقادية، ودايما بعمل علاقات جنسية غلط، ومؤخرا كل أسبوع مع حد، Allergy Family History كثيرا في تهدئة الأفكار وتقليل العلاقات من أربعة الى اثنين، وحاليا عايزة تتجوز اخ صديقة الأخت، وهو اصغر منها بخمس سنين ويعمل في عيادة سكرتير (بتوصل حالة هوس كاملة جاتلها من سنة واحيانا تبدو حالة مختلطة وقبل السنة كان فيه بعض الاضطرابات المزاجية التي للترقي لمستوى الهوس لكن ربما نوع من اضطراب الشخصية، ولكن مازالت لا تنام وتتكلم كثيرا وفيه أعراض إشارة ومراقبة ومع ذلك تبدو اهدا اعتقد محتاجين الاستمرار في مراجعة الاعراض وتظبيط الأدوية واقترح التركيز على مظبط مزاج واحد مثل البريانيل وإيقاف الاوكساليبتال، وبدا حضور الجروب لانها محتاجة ناس حواليها) ٦/ ٨ مازالت تشكو من ضلالات الاضطهاد و المراقبه هيتم
