Summary	شاب عمره خمسة وعشرين سنة الاب والام طلقا وعمره عشر شهور ونشا مع الام وزوج الام والاخوة من الام، وكان يعاني من فرط حركة من الطفولة مع محاولة علاج غير جادة، وفي سن ١٣ سنة ونتيجة لفرط الحركة. تهورت حدثت مشاكل مع زوج الام وترك بيت الاسرة وعاش مع الجد والجدة ومن وقتها تعاطى ترامادول وحشيش لمدة ثلاث سنوات من سن ١٤-١٧ وبدات تظهر اعراض قلق وبارانويا لدرجة التعطل الاجتماعي، وزاد التعب في سن العشرين بنوبات قلق شديدة وبالذات في الشارع، وتانعزل اجتماعيا تماما، ومكث بالبيت لمدة اربع سنوات،، وعولج مع دكتور احمد عكاشة وأخذ علاج ولم يتحسن، وذهب للرخاوي ودخل المستشفى واصيب باعراض شديدة من الأدوية، مضادات الذهان، ثم أخذ بنفسه انافرانيل وتحسن ولكن مع اعراض بارانويد، وبالفحص وجد انه شخصية حدية وتجنبية مع نوبات من البارانويا مع اعراض القلق والخوف والانقباض والخمول والانسحاب الاجتماعي واحيانا نوبات من الغضب والاعتداء على الاهل والسلوك النكوصي، سوف ياخذ ابيليبكس ٥مل، مع بروزاك وجنكو واركاليون، ، يحتاج الى علاج فردي مع دكتور علاء وجماعي

Social	الام (صغيرة لدرجة افتكرتها زوجته) احمد تعبان بقى له خمس سنين والدكاترة شخصوه حالة اكتئاب، واتحجز في الرخاوي وتعب جدا جدا، ، وبيضايق اخته كتير ومتقلب وكل شوية بحال وبيقول أدبه علينا، وجاله اعراض جانبية جامدة هو:
