Summary	سيدة عمرة ٥٢سنة خريجة تجارة وتعمل محاسبة من اسرة تقليدية تزوجت تقليديا من رجل مهمل وجاف وتركها وسافر وبقيت ثلاث سنوات متزوجة وغير متزوجة وطلقت، وتأذت نفسيا كثيرا بسبب تلك الزواجة وخطبت اكثر من مرة وبدات نوبات الاكتياب، ثم تزوجت من رجل طيب ومحترم ولكنها لم تمتلك مشاعر رومانسية تجاهه، وعاشت معه عشر سنوات وأنجبت ابن واحد وتوفي وبدات نوبات الاكتياب تزداد وتتواصل زمنيا، ، وذهبت لأكثر من طبيب ولم ترتح جدا،اهم، وبالفحص هي تعاني من شخصية اتكالية. بما بسبب ما مرت به من تجارب فاشلة مع صعوبات في التكيف حتى انها الان معتمدة على أمها في القرا رات المهمة في حياتها (خائبة)، وكذلك محبطة من مشاكل ابنها الذي سوف يجيء لي، سوف تأخذ مضاد اكتئاب بروزاك ، وتعالج فرديا وربما جماعيا بعد ذلك،

Follow Up	الاسم:امانى فاروق متابعه:د/ محمد بكر ملخص:لاتزال تعانى مع الولد، مع تاريخه لكونه هايبر أكتيف بدا مؤخرا سلوكيات عنف تجاه الوالده، شرب الحشيش، اجتماعيات غير مناسبه، دخل الجامعه الالمانيه هندسه ويحتاج لدواء ومتابعه ونصحتها تقابله د/نبيل هى تعرفت مرتين على رجال حاولوا يتجهوا بالعلاقه للزواج العرفى او العلاقه الجنسيه ورفضت ولا تزال مكتئبه ولم تأخذ العلاج سوى اسبوعين وصفنا بروزاك ودعم ٣٠/١٠/٢٠١٩ جاءت تشتكي اساسا من الابن، العصبي جدا جدا والذي يعتدي عليها لفظيا وجسديا، وحتى اعتدى على معيدة وبمقابلة الابن هو شخص عادي ومتعاون ويعاني من العصبية وسهولة الغضب والاعتداء لفظيا واحيانا جسديا والتقلب المزاجي والأرق والمزاج السيء والتفكير المفرط والخوف من المستقبل وسوف ياخذ بروكسيتين ١٢.٥ وابكسيدون نص وتيبوفورتين ويذهب لعلاء للمتابعة والدعم والإرشاد ،
