Summary	يذهب الى استاذ محمد المهدي وحكي انه عمل عملية خصية وكان بيحب بنت وسابته، وحاليا يعاني من اكتئاب وعدم تركيز في المذاكرة، ، ومن شهر تعرض لاتهام بالسرقة، ومن رأي محمد المهدي (‎مصطفى نجيب ١٧ سنه، طالب بثالثة ثانوي، الرابع من سبعه، من ٦ أكتوبر ، والده طبيب، الشكوى كانت من انه مابيذاكرش خالص ودايما بره البيت وبدات سلوكيات زي السرقة والكدب، منعزل عن باقي أفراد الاسرة، عمل عملية استئصال لخصيه من ٣ سنين وبعدها في نفس الأسبوع صاحبته اللي بيحبها ماتت وبدا يتغير من بعدها

Follow Up	١٨/٤ ماشي كويس وأحسن وبيذاكر اكتر وليتابع مع أستاذ المهدي ولن لا يوجد تقرير متابعة، وبطل كذب وأصبح اقرب للاسرة ومنفتح عليهم، ، ٨/٨ الام: سيّء جدا وشاكة انه بياخد مخدرات وبيسرق فلوس؟ وحكت عن تكرار احداث قريبة المهدي شايف انه وحش وغير متعاون وانا شايف انه اهدأ وأكثر قربا وربما يكون بيهيس عليا او مكبر دماغه، وواضح انه محتاج اعادة تقييم شاملة مثل اختبار الشخصية متعدد الاوجه، ٢٠/١٠ محمد المهدي تم عمل تحليل مخدرات لمصطفى و النتيجة سلبية، المريض اهدا نسبيا وان مازالت نفس السلوكيات موجودة اخرها سرقة مبلغ من البيت، الفترة الاخيرة غير منتظم على الحضور بسبب انشغالات أسرية ، موقف الاسرة متراخي غير حازم ، تم عمل اختبار الشخصية متعدد الاوجه أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع على مقياس ف الخاص بالصدق والذي قد يرجح عدم فهم العبارات أو زخم الأعراض ، أظهرت صفحة التخطيط السيكولوجي الرسم المنشاري والذي يتكرر عادة لدي اضطرابات الشخصية ، وعلي المقاييس الإكلينيكية كان هناك ارتفاع دال و ملحوظ على مقاييس (الاكتئاب ، الانحراف السكوباتي والذي يمكن تفسيره هنا بالتمرد اكتر من استعداء المجتمع، كذلك وجد ارتفاع على مقياس البارانويا و الذهان) بشكل عام المريض اقرب لاضطراب الشخصية ويقترح اجراء اختبار متخصص لتحديد نوع الشخصية المضطربة وسيتم عمله. فيما يخص الأدوية المريض كان يتناول فلوزاك يوم بعد يوم وتوقف عن تناوله ايّام الامتحانات واقترح كتابة دواء بسيط مضاد الذهان بالاضافة لمضاد للاكتتاب ٢٣/١٠ الام مش شايفة اَي حاجة كويسة ويبدو انها مش قادرة تشوف حاجة كويسة، وهو يري انه احسن وأقرب وأكثر اجتماعية وبقاء في المنزل، . ولا يحتاج لأدوية حاليا
