وممتلئة وخريجة سياحة واشتغلت مؤقتا عشر سنوات بدات بضلالات مراقبة وسب وعولجت كثيرا ، على انها فصامية ووسواس قهري وتوقفت عن العمل منذ ٤ سنوات، وخطبت مرة واحدة وفسخت، ومتوقفة اجتماعيا،وحاليا على مضاد اكتئاب ومضاد ذهان ويبدو ان التشخيص الأقرب هو الفصام الوجداني او البايبولار مع اعراض وسواسية انافرانيل ٧٥ مل، واولابكس خمسة مساء، وبروزاك حبة يوميا، Diagnosis/Notes Social الاب: كانت بتشتغل في شركة وحست انهم بيتكلمو عليها من عشر سنين، وتطورت انهم بيراقبوها وتقول التلفزيون بيراقبني، ورحنا لدكتور محمد عزت، واخدت انافرانيل، واستمرت سنة ونص واتحسنت، وبعدين ساءت الحالة، ورحنا لواحد تاني، وكل ماتروح تفعيلا ًلضلالاته والأب يعمل موجه عام، 69 سنة والأم موجهة علوم ولها أختين أصغر منها إحداهما 34 سنة وتعمل مدرسة وغير متزوجه والأخيره 31 سنة، ولا تعمل وغير متزوجه وتم خطبتها مره فى عام 2014 لشاب يكبرها بـ 5 سنوات، مهندس وتركها لضلالاتها ولديها وساوس بالطهارة وضلالات المراقبة بدأت الحالة منذ 10 سنوات بضلالات الاضطهاد بالعمل بيراقبونى على الكمبيوتر والناس فى الشارع والتليفزيون بيكلمنى وفيه أجهزت تصنت وقامت بتفعيل ضلالاتها فى صورة كثرة المشاجرات مع الأصدقاء، يعدها لجأ الأهل لإستشارة د. محمد عزت والذى وصف أنافرانيل 75 مجم واستمرت معه سنه، بعدها لجأ الأهل لإستشارة د. مجدى بهاء واستمرت على المتابعة سنتين بعدها لجأ الأهل لأستشارة د. رفعت محفوظ واستمرت على المتابعة معه سنتين، بعدها لجأ الأهل لأستشارة د. محمد المهدى واستمرت معه سنة والذى وصف ريسبريدال، ستافومين ولها تاريخ عائلى ايجابى خالة الأب فصامية حضرت بصحبة الوالد وكانت أفضل من حيث السلوكيات الوسواسية بالنظافة والصلاة وان كانت تشكو من زيادة أفكار المراقبة عند تقليل جرعة الدواء، كما تشكو من زيادة الوزن ما يقرب من 20 كجم خلال سنة، ليس لديها رغبة بالعمل وترغب بتغير الدواء الـ أنافرانيل إلى ستافومين، والأولابكس إلى ريسبيردال لوجود تحسن سابق لها، الأب متدين جدا ً وغيرمقتنع بالتأهيل، يطلب المتابعة مع د. مبيل للتعديل ٢٨/٧/٢٠١٨ شكلها احسن كتير ولكنها تشتكي من التخن والادوية فاتحة نفسها للاكل والفلوزاك بيتعب معدتها وسوف نغير الدوا الى ابيليبكس خمسة وديورازاك، ورافضين تماما اَي تدخل غير دوائي ٦/٩ احسن كتير جدا وتوقفت عن التخريف نهائيا وفقط خايفة من الشغل، او من الخروج، ، وكسل وأقرب للفصام في نوبة كمون، وحتى خست خمسة، وحاليا على ديورازاك مرتين أسبوعيا وفلوزاك مرتين أسبوعيا وابيليبكس خمسة مل ٢/٦/٢٠١٩ الضلالات متوقفة تماما ورغم التحسن الظاهر جدا ورضى الاب عنها الا انها تشتكي من الخوف ؟ ومستمرة على فلوزاك واريبيبركس وسوف تاخذ تيبوفورتين ١٤/٩/٢٠١٩ حالتها مستقرة ولكن على مستوى اقل من التأقلم وبتخاف لما تيجي تغسل الحوض وحاليا على ابيليبكس ٥ وفلوزاك يوميا ١٤/١٢/٢٠١٩ مازالت متحسنة جدا وتقريبا لاتوجد مناطق متعطلة في حياتها، باستثناء التفاعل ويظهر ان الام هي مصدر القلق والعزلة الاجتماعية ورغم تحسن الاعراض سوف نستمر على الدواء بروزاك وابيليبكس ١٣/٦/٢٠٢٠ الضلالات خفت تماما والوسواس مازالت موجودة بدرجة خفيفة ويمكن تجاهلها تماما، ومتحسنة جدا وبتخرج تشتكي وهي اكثر واحدة اجتماعية في البيت والنوم ولها ست شهور على ابيليبكس ٢.٥
