Summary	شاب عمره ٢٣ سنة يدرس بالفرقة الثالثة بكلية الهندسه، من أسرة متوسطة والاكبر لأخت وأخ وأب كان قاس وعنيف ويعتدي عليه لفظيا وجسديا حتى وصل عمره الى ١٨ سنة، وقد اثر ذلك على شخصيته وعلاقاته وجعله منطويا وبارانويد وواعيا بذاته بشكل عال ، وقد ذهب الى اكثر من طبيب وأخذ مضادات اكتئاب وابكسيدون ولَم يسترح، ومنذ سنتين اشتغل على نفسه وتغير كثيرا وأصبح اكثر اجتماعيه وان كان اقل اهتماما بالدراسة، ومنذ شهرين انفصل عن صديقته وحاليا يعاني من تفكير مفرط، وصعوبة في التركيز، وبالفصحى وجد انه يعاني من أعراض بارانويا لها علقة بنوعيه الشديد بنفسه، وقلق وتفكير مفرط مع خمول وانقباض وعدم اهتمام بالدراسة وربما يكون مرتبط بالعلاقة المنفرطة منذ شهرين، وقد شخصت قلق واكتئابًا ويحتاج الى تدخل معرفي منتظم مع جلسات جمعية للشغل على المهارات الاجتماعية والوعي بالنفس والثقة في النفس وتنظيم الدراسة،مع بروزاك

Social	الام: سوء معاملة الأب ليه، كان ضرب وكده واتغير، لكن عمر من تلاتة إعدادي منطوي ومش متعامل، ومشاكل في المدرسة، وفِي الثانوية العامة انطوى تماما، وحاليا توتر وحرقان في الصدر ويتلجلج، وديته لدكاترة نفسيين ومبيكملش، ومتراجع في الكلية هو: من زمان مفيش ثقة في الناس، ويقلق، ومش واثق في نفسي، وبحس الناس بيتكلموا عليا شوية وتوتر، ومش قادر اركز بسبب التفكير ، وعندي أصدقاء حاليا، وبحس مش مركز في الدراسة،

Follow Up	حضر يشكو من وجود شكوك تجاه ان الناس يتحدثون عنهبحاجات وحشهوعدم انتظامه على الدولء اكثر من اسبوعين ، واخبر بتعاطيه للحشيش دون علم الام منذ 3 سنوات ، وعدم انتظامه على الادويه وكان اثناء الجلسه غير متعاون وتم طمانته وتوجيهه للجروب وكان ساخر من اعضاء الجروب وغادر الجروب قبل انتهاوه ولم يحضر في الجلسه التاليه للمريض تاريخ عائلى ايجابي حيث ابن عمة المريض فصامى ويعالج وسبق ان تم حجزه بمستشفي وتلقى جلسات كهربا وحاليا بالفرقة الثالثه بكلية الحقوق بعد انهاوه لكليه التجاره ، ولايعمل علاء عبدالهادي 29/32018 ١٨/٤/٢٠١٨ رافض يحضر الجروب ويقول انه لا يحتاجه، ووقف الدوا لانه اتحسن شوية وأنكر تعاطيه للحشيش وكان مراوغا جدا وبيطلع الكلام بالعافية ومطلوب التركيز على عمل علاقة مع علاء ومعي ومطلوب يأخذ الدواء وسوف يأخذ اركاليون وجنكو، ،
