Summary	فتاة عمرها ٢٩ سنة، الأصغر لأخ واخت وأم موظفة وأب متوفى قبل ان تراه، علاقتها بالأخ سيئة والأخت والام جيدة، تبدو طفولية أو اقل من ذكاءها المتوقع، تزوجت اخ زوجة اخيها بالصدفة وبشكل تقليدي وتخلت عن علاقة حب سابقة لذلك، وتزوجت منذ سبع سنوات من شاب في سنها مدير مبيعات في شركة سيارات، اتضح انه مدمن منذ ثمان سنوات وهو في اولى كلية واستمر في المخدرات سنتين وعولج واشتغل الناشر خطوة، وتوقف، وحاليا هو غير سعيد ربما الأساس هو الاكتئاب، وكذلك وذو شخصية اعتمادية على الأب والام وكان وزنه ٢٠٠ كلج وخس ويبدو ان رحلة العلاج من الادمان والوزن الزايد اثر على شخصيته، وأنجبت ولدين ست وثلاث سنوات وهي غير سعيدة، واكتشفت خيانة الزوج لها من قبل وتشك في علاقة زوجها بابنة عمه، وقد بدأت التدهور النفسي منذ اربع سنوات بمشاكل مستمرة مع الزوج وتعاسة، وبالفحص الزوج يعاني من عدم الكفاءة والميل للعزلة وهي تعاني من خيبة الأمل وعدم الارتواء العاطفي والجنسي والافتقار الى شريك حقيقي مع أعراض واضحة اكتيابية، وتحتاج الى مضا اكتئاب وتقييم زواجي وتدخل زواجي فيما بعد

Social	انا مش مرتاحة، ومشاحنات كتيرة مع جوزي وده مسيطر عليا وبفكر في الطلاق طول الوقت وبقيت حاسة أني تافهة ومهملة لبيتي وظاهريا مفيش مشاكل لكن مفيش تفاهم،

Follow Up	٢٣/٥/٢٠١٨ شكلها مروقة جدا جدا، وان الزوج بدا يشوفها ويحس بيها، وبدات تثق فيه رغم انها مازالت تشك انه يسقط علاقته ببنت عمه عليها، هي بتشتكي انه مش بيسأل عليها ومش بيهتم بكلامها ورسائلها زي بنت عمه اللي هي زي اخته، وهو بيشتكي من زنها عليه (من ناحية اخرى يشتكي انه شخص غير سعيد بالمرة ولا اَي شيء ويبدو ان هذا امر اخر يحتاج الى مزيد من الفحص وربما يحتاج الى التحويل الى العلاج النفسي السيكودينامي المتعمق ربما مع الفت ، ، ، تحديدا أو إنجي ابوزيد شخص بهذا العمق، وعلى مستوى الزواج يحتاج استشارة زوجية مع الفت وهي سوف تكمل معي) ٣٠/٦ على المستوى الفردي، هي حاسة بالفشل وزهقانة جدا وزهقانة من البيت، وبتدلع جامد عليه ويبدو ان ده مرهقة، مستريحين، وهي مازالت تفكير زيادة بخصوص علاقاته ومش سعيدة. لم انه بيبذل مجهود معها جامد، وهي شكاءه اغلب الوقت ومش مستريحة وأقرب للاضطراب الشخصية الغير محدد، وتسال نفسها أسئلة كثيرة وانشغال دايم وغير ناضجة، وتحتاج الى شغل على ذلك،
