مرتبط بابا جدا ومعاه على طول في الشغل، ولما بابا مات تعب جدا وقعدنا نحاول تظبط له شغل ودايما بيعمل مشاكل ومش بيواجهها دائما، الصديقة والأخ: فيه مشاكل في كل حاجة، مبيثقش في حد خالص ومتصلب في رأيه، وعنده تصور انه بيفهم احسن واحد، ، ( رغي رهيب لا يتوقف ومشاريع وقلق فظيع، وعايز أهله يبعدوا عنه،وبعد إنصات كتير جدا اخيراً وافق يجيلي تاني واحتمال يكون تشخيصه هوسي وثنائي القطب) Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٢٠/٥/٢٠١٨ هو اهدا ولكن مازال في البلالا وضايع وبارانويد وبيتكلم اَي كلام وكأنه رجل اعمال وهو عايش عاله على اخوته وفِي بيتهم ومعرض للإفلاس وقد أعطيته مبدئيا موتيفال لجرجرت رجله للعلاج على ان نبدأ في العلاج الحقيقي من المرة القادمة وان الأهل يبدأون يتعاملوا بصرامة شوية ٦/٤/٢٠١٩ جاء شكله مختلف تماما ومكتئب ولا يعمل، ولا يقابل أشخاص ومنعزل، وواضح انه بايبولار لكنه مازال بيضان ومتعجرف وعندي وحاسس بالندم، وبيلف ويدور وشكله في الأصل اضطراب شخصية بيضان، وسوف يأخذ بروزاك ولاميكتال، ٨/٦ احسن وأفضل ولكن صعوبات الشخصية ظهرت عليه وفيه شغل ورافض ينزل اما لانه خايف او لانه بيضان وعايز شغلانة كبيرة، وطبعا عنده مشاكل في التفكير كتيرة من ضمنها طرح معيقات كثيرة لكل شيء بطرحه وعرضت عليه يروح لمحمود سعد ورفض لمجرد انه مبيحبش المقطم ؟؟؟ التطور خلال جلستين ٢٩\٨ نادر حضر جلستين فقط وفى الجلسة الاولى تم العمل على زيادة دافعيته للعلاج والعمل بمبدأ المكسب والخسارة من الوضع الحالى وطلب منه احضار الاخ والزوجة فى الجلسة الثانبة للتعرف أقرب على الوضع وتبين ان الزوجة لا تشتكى من الزوج على عكس المتوقع بل تلقى باللوم اكثر على الام كما تم الاتفاق مع نادر (بمساعدة الاخ) على تحديد شغل معين وعدد ساعات معينة يومية ووافق على ذلك على ان يبدأ العمل من الغد لكن يبدو انه حس انه اتزنق وان الجلسات معايا محددة والاتفاقات بتكون واضحة وانه مش جاى يحكى وينشى وبكدة عمل اللى عليه اظن بيحاول يهرب منى وتستمر المعاناة بتاعته ٣١/٨/٢٠١٩ الزوجة: شايفه ان العلاج ملوش فايدة او ان فايدة العلاج في العصبية بس؟؟؟ وانه لما بيشتغل بيكون فيه فلوس وبيشرب مخدرات (بتتكلم من برة كأنها واحدة تانية ربما لانها خايفة منه) ومن ناحية تانية هو اهدا وأفضل عموما واكثر قربا ولطفا حتى من الناحية الانسانية، وحاليا ماشي على بروزاك يوميا ولاميكتال ٢٠٠مل وبيشتغل منذ شهر وابتدى يخرج ويقابل ناس بشكل طبيعي وفيه تخوف من الحشيش، ورافض يروح لمحمود سعد، وسوف يستمر على البروزاك يوم بعد يوم ٢٠/٩/٢٠٢٠ استقر في الشغل لمدة اربع شهور وبدا يلخبط ووقف اللاميكتال واخذ حشيش ثم انتكس تماما ومكتيب من شهرين وحاليا افضل قليلا وبلا أدوية، وطبعا خسر شغله وطبعا بيضان كالعادة (انا عندي ٤٠ سنة والفرخة ولا البيضة، وانا كويس وهكذا) وسوف ياخذ بروزاك ولاميكتال واريبيبركس ١٠ مل ٢٨/١٠/٢٠٢٠ احسن كتير واكثر تعاونا وسوف نخلي البروزاك يوم بعد يوم ونخلي الاريبيبريكس خمسة مل واللاميكتال ٢٠٠ يوميا Depressive symptoms Depressive symptoms
