Summary	سيدة ممتلئة عمرها ٤٠ سنة تعرفت على زميلها وأحبته وعاشت معه في علاقة زوجية جيدة بين السعودية ومصر وأنجبا ٣ بنات اكبرهما ١١ وأصغرها خمس سنوات ومنذ سنة ونصف اكتشفت ان الزوج متزوج عليها من اخرى منذ اربع سنوات دون علمها وأنجب من الاخرى ولدا وأسماه نفس الاسم الذي تمنته لنفسها عندما تنجب الولد وقد حاول وحاولت طوال السنة ونصف التوافق مع الوضع الجديد ومصاحبة الزوجة الجديدة حتى انها قضت معها رمضان الماضي الا انها فشلت في ذلك مع ملاحظة ان علاقتها بأهل الزوج سيئة بسبب عصبيتها على عكس علاقة الزوجة الجديدة بأهل الزوج، ومؤخرا عملت علاقة مع شخص اخر اخر اصغر بثمان سنوات وكانت سعيدة جدا في العلاقة ومكتفية بها وعندما تطلقت تباعد الصديق ربما خوفا من المسؤولية، وقد اصرت على الطلاق منذ عدة أشهر وكان لها ماارادت والزوج يعيش بعيدا عنها مع الاخرى ويقوم بكلفة واجباته بدون اَي تقصير والبنات لايعرفون بأمر الطلاق، وجاءت تشتكي من تعبها من الوضع الحالي ، (بقيت حاسة أني مش ست، وحاسة أني مش قادرة أعيش من غير راجل ومحتاجة راجل تاني يعوضني وحاولت اعمل ده وفشلت، )، وبالفحص تعاني من نوبات من العصبية والغضب حتى انها تعتدي على بناتها وسمات وسواسية وأمنيات بالموت، وبكاء وفقدان للاستمتاع والدافعية، والانقباض، والقلق العام ونقص الشعور بالامان، والشعور بالدونية ونقص التقدير الذاتي، والأرق الشديد والحساسية المفرطة وقد اثر كل ذلك على حياتها ودورها كأم وعلاقاتها، وتحتاج الى مضاد اكتئاب بروزاك لانها زائدة الوزن مع جلسات علاج نفسي تبصيري بالوضع الجديد بعد الطلاق وطبيعة الحياة الجديدة وعلاقتها بناتها وإمكانية العودة من عدمها
