Summary	فتاة ثلاثينية وتبدو عشرينية جامعية ووحيدة وفقدت اخيها الوحيد وعمرها خمستاشر سنة وتتكلم بوعي وبصيرة ونشأت لام مدرسة وجافة وقاسية وأب موظف وبعيد ومتزوج من اخرى وقد عانت من نوبة ذهان منذ سبع سنوات وعولجت اكثر من مرة وتعافت وتزوجت واكتشفت ان الزوج مريض نفسي وحاولت علاجه وساعدته كثيرا وحدثت مشاكل كثيرة بينهم وهو مقاوم للعلاج مما اثر على علاقتها به وانتهى الامر بالانفصال الحالي وقضايا طلاق، وحاليا تقيم مع الام وترجع، البنت الوحيدة وكذلك تعاني من نقص الدم الى عظم الفخذ وعملت عملية وتحسنت قليلا، وحاليا على فافرين ١٠٠ واسيتالوبرام ٢٠ ، وبالفحص تعاني من الحياة مع أم انتقادية جدا وغير متفهمة وكذلك وحيدة وغير متحققة مع علاقة عاطفية غير مشبعة وبعض الأعراض الاكتيابية المتناثرة وقد تزايد وزنها بشدة منذ بدأت العلاج وسوف نوقف الفافارين و الاسيتالوبرام ويستبدل بالبروزاك تدريجيا لتجنب مشاكل الوزن وتبدا المتابعة مع د اسلام وحضور جلسات جروب وسط البلد لعمل شبك دعم اجتماعي وإعادة بناء الثقة في الذات والعلاقة بالاخر تدريجيا وخصوصا الرجال

Social	اخويا توفى من ١٤ سنة وكان اكبر من بخمس سنين، والتعب ظهور عليا من سبع سنين شكيت ان والدي ووالدتي مش والدي ووالدتي ودماغي مش بتفصل ومبقتش عارفة لا تاريخ ولا دنيا ولا اَي حاجة، ورحت لمشايخ وبعدين دكاترة وبعدين اتحسنت واتجوزت ووقفت العلاج واكتشفت ان جوزي مريض نفسي وابتديت اعالجه وبعدين انا كمان مرضت

Follow Up	٢١ /٥ اول جلسات دوائيا الدوا احسن من حيث الاكل الذائد سوف تبدأ حضور الجروب ٢٠٠٣ الاب تزوج علي الام ٢٠٠٤ أخوها الشقيق توفي من أنيميا البحر المتوسط ٢٠١١- ٢٠١٤ تعالج من الكتئاب لدي العديد من الاطباء ٢٠١٥ تزوجت ٢٠١٦ أعراض جسدنه لدي الزوج و هي أيضا ١٨/١١/٢٠١٨ مستمرة على البروزاك والفافرين وتشتكي ان الجروب غير مفيد ومحدش واخد باله من حد، ومتدهورة جدا ولكن لا يوجد مشاكل ذهانية حتى الان وتحتاج لاهتمام خاص جدا جدا لان ظروفها قاسية وممكن تتحول ذهانية لو لم تعالج وتحتوى جيدا ٢٢/١/٢٠١٩ خوف شديد جدا بعد الذهاب للمحكمة ومواجهة الزوج، وحاليا على ٣ بروزاك وتعاني من قلق شديد جدا، ورغم استفادتها من الجروب الا انها لم تكمل بسبب الظروف المادية، وكذلك الام بتعاملها وحش ومطلوب الاتصال بالام لتحنين قلبها على الام ١٧/٢/٢٠١٩ ماشية على ٣ بروزاك وتوبيراميت وموتيفال ومتحسنة جدا جدا وترجع تحسنها للموتيفال، وتشتكي من العصبيةواعتقد محتاجة تشتغل شوية على القلق والثقة في النفس
