العشرينات من أسرة كاثوليكية من المنيا، وتعيش وحدها بالقاهرة وهي لأب يعمل مدير مالي وام مدير عام بالصحة والصغرى لأخ واخت وواضح انها عايلة تحترم فردية الأبناء، خطبت وعمرها ١٨ سنة وتركته لانه كان ممل وعملت بحقوق الانسان وارتبطت بشخص متزوج وغير مصري لمدة اربع سنين وكانت علاقة جيدة وقوية واكتشفت انه على علاقة باخرى وتعبت جدا وجالها اضطراب دقات القلب وتركها ، ثم ارتبطت بشخص اخر متزوج وطلق وحاليا الوضع معلق، وجاءت تشكو من العلاقة، وبالفحص الصديق حسب تعريفها يعاني من سمات حدية وهيستيرية ويبدو من كلها انه استعراضي ومتقلب في العلاقات ومتقلب مزاجيا ومندفع وهي لا تعاني من سمات اضطراب الشخصية، وقد نصحتها تنتبه للعلاقة به لانه مزعج جدا حتى لو احبها وممكن تعمل تقليل ضرر معاه وأخذت نص سيبرالكس للمساعدة (اغلب الوقت بتقوم من النوم تلعب مع القطط وبتخرج مع أصدقاء القهوة يوميا وبإقرا وبيتفرج على أفلام ) وعندها شغل اهلي محليات ولكن ولكن متعطل بسبب السياسة، Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ١٦/١٠/٢٠١٨ جاءت بكامل مشمشها مزة عشرينية ومازالت في العلاقة المعلقة مراوحة مكانها، وفيه واحد تاني بيقرب وبيتعالج من الاكتئاب واحيانا بيتحجز، في مستشفى وطالب يصاحب علاقة أصدقاء بمنافع وطبعا رفضت وهو صاحب قديم جدا، وبالاستقصاء هي بتحب الشخص الاول وعايزه تكمل معاه ولكن بشروط انه يتغير، وسوف تزيد السيبرالكس الى حبة كاملة، والشغل حاليا في المحليات مع الخطورة، ومطلوب تجيب الصديق الاول للعلاج ومشكلته الحالية انه متعدد العلاقات وبمعرفتها ولا يعلن انه يرغب في التعدد، ٢٠/١١/٢٠١٨ مش كويسة وشكلها مبهدل والتقل والعلاقة بالصديق الجديد عمل شغل مع الشخص الصديق، وخلاه يقرب جامد ويتابع وأكثر قربا من شلة الشباب وبعدا عن شلة الحناجير، ومطلوب جلسة قوية وطويلة المرة القادمة لتحريكها، ٤/١٢ مش مبسوطة مع اكتشاف ان الوقت الوحيد التي كانت بتعرف تنبسط فيه هو عندما كانت في علاقة مع الشخص الذي ترك مصر، وزمان احيانا مع الأصدقاء، و(فيه ثلاثة أشخاص واحد كان فيه حب حقيقي وسافر من اربع سنين وواحد تاني صديق وكان بيحب واحدة وسابته وعايزها صديق منافع، وصديق ثالث بيحاول) والمشكلة الحالية في الرجل الذي يحب امرأة اخرى ومستمر معها لملأ الفراغ ولانه مكتئب وبعد حوار طويل واضح انها شخص اصبحت اكثر كآبة تدريجيا وغير قادرة على الانبساط باستثناء جلسات الأصدقاء وان انبساطها بيجي من العشرة، ولكن بتلف وتدور في نفس علاقتها بالرجل ، وحاولت اقنعها تدور على مايبسطها زي الرقص او هوايات لكي تستطيع التخلص من العلاقة،وسوف نزيد السيبرالكس الى اتنين ٨/١/٢٠١٩ معقولة، وبتبذل مجهود تتبسط، وحضرت حفلة راس السنة واتبسطت، وسوف تعيد الموضوع، وبدات مشاعرها تخفت تجاه الصديق ابو منافع اللي عايش في الحب الضائع والذي رغم تعلقه بها ورائحة فين وجاية منين الا انه رافض الالتزام، واغلب اللي بيحاولوا معاها متجوزين وقلت لها وليه لأ!!، وفيه حد تاني متجوز هي مركزة معاه وقلقانة على أسرته وزوجته وأطفاله وخصوصا انها تعرف الزوجة، واجهتها بوضعها كبنت منياوية مسيحية كان ممكن تكون مرمية في المنيا مع رجل مسيحي لاتحبه ووضع اقتصادي زي الزفت وغير قادرة على الطلاق ووضعها الحالي كبنت حرة فردانية وقادرة على السيطرة على وقتها وعلاقاتها وحياتها بشكل كامل واعتقد محتاجة مجموعة جلسات معرفية لتعديل الرؤية لنفسها ولواقعها الجلسة الثانية معماتش الواجب ، تحدثت عنانى فى حاجة كويسه حصلت انها بدات تاخذ موقف من الشخص الاول وبدات متعملش حاجات كانت بتعملها معه، وبدات تشوف نفسها ذى انها لما يكلمهاا ويقولها انا فاضى تروح على طول وبدات تقضى مع زملاء ئها واصحابها وقت كمان هو بدء يعمل حاجات تشير الى تعلقه بيا وده مش بسيطنى لانة مش بيجى منه ، ، تحدثت انها عندها مشكلة فى الشغل لانه بدء يقل وده بياثر عليها ، تحدثنا عن العلاقة الشخص الثانى وان امكانية الارتباط به بس لازالت عندها مشكلة فى فكرة الارتباط وفك اسرة هنبعتلها التشوهات
