وأخين ، وهو من بنى سويف . وجاء منذ سنتين ونصف بسبب الميول المثليه وذهب الى محمود سعيد واتحسن قليلاً ولكن زاد التعلق وجاء هذه المره لأنه متعلق بشخص لا يستطيع التوقف عن التفكير فيه رغم انه لا يراه إلا مره كل سنه ، مع ملاحظه انه بايكشوال. ومنذ 6 سنوات وهو متعلق بنفس الشخص ولا يهدأ حتى يمارس العاده السريه في خياله ، رغم انه مهندس ويعيش ويعمل في الضبعه والأخر في القاهره ويعاني بشده من الصراع والتفكير والالم حتى اصبح متعطلاً ولكن شغله مستقر . وسوف يأخذ بروزاك ونكمل مع محمود سعد June 12, 2018 شاب ضعيف الجسم عمره٢١ سنة في كلية هندسة والأوسط لاختين وأخ وأسرة تقليدية من بني سويف لام ست بيت ضعيفة واب موظف وصاحب أراضي ومتيسر وشديد البخل والعنف وبارانويد وجاف المشاعر وهو جاء يشتكي من الاب وممارساته العنيفة معه، وشعوره بالضعف الشخصي وكما يقول السهوكة وكذلك الميول المثلية التي لا يمارسها، وبالفحص هو مزدوج الميول الجنسية وغير قابل لذلك، ويعاني من شخصية تجنبية مع سماتها مثل القلق الاجتماعي وعدم الثقة في النفس، والشعور بالدونية وكذلك بعض السمات البارنويدية وكذلك أعراض اكتيابية واضحة مثل الخمول وضعف اكثر ميلا للبنات مع مشاعر مثلية خفيفة مع رياضة، وجاء لان الاكتياب مستمر رغم انه اخف مما قبل، مازال يعاني من الخمول وفقدان الشغف ، والاستمرارية والافتقاد للمهارات الاجتماعية وكيفية وضع حدود مع الاخرين لمنع التنمر صورة النفس السلبية والصعبانية والمظلومية ورغم انه استغل على نفسه في الثلثا سنوات الماضية وركز على زيادة الرغبة الجنسية الغيرية وتقليل المثلية ومساعدة أخواته البنات واتخرج من الكلية ويلعب رياضة مازال يعاني من الاكتياب ونقص الثقة والدونية ويحتاج الى جلسات محدودة بسبب عدم وحود فلوس للشغل على تاك الموضوعات مع بروزاك مسار 11 جلسة 17/12/2024 محمود سعد عمل 5 جلسات فى البداية بشكل متقطع نتيجة لدخول الجيش، ثم انقطع سنتين وعاد مرة أخرى، وتم عمل جلسة كل شهر تقريبا، خلالها تم تدريب المريض على التعامل مع الافكار المتعلقة بالشذوذ ويخبر بتحسن فيها بنسبة تصل إلى ٩٥%، ولا يوم بالالتصاق بالذكور بطريقة مرضية، ويخبر بأنه عندما يقوم بعمل العادة السرية لا يقوم مطلقا بتخيل ذكور، ويخبر بتحسن كبير فى المزاج وتحسن الثقة بالنفس خصوصا نتيجة للعمل، كما يخبر ان الأصدقاء يخبروه بتحسن كبير فى شخصيته ٢٤/١٢/٢٠٢٤ تحسن عظيم جدا، ونقلة جبارة تقبل الخساير وتقبل الاب كما هو والثقة بالنفس عالية واجتماعي وقوي وذو حضور وجداني وفكري ونشيط وتفكير واقعي وعموما زي الفل، ويستمر على بروزاك كما هو Depressive
