Summary	فتاة عمرها ٢٦ سنة ضعيفة البنية جدا، يمينة الأصل وتعيش في إنجلترا وتتكلم اغلب الوقت إنجليزي، وجاءت الى مصر لتعيش وتعالج وتحكي عن تنقلها المستمر مع الاسرة بين السعودية والإمارات وإنجلترا وسويسرا ولديها مشاكل كثيرة مع الاسرة وخصوصا الاب وتعدد الثقافات وتناقضها الإبر مرت بها مما جعلها مرتبكة تجاه إدارة حياتها وإدارة علاقاتها ،وجاءت مصر لتعيش في شقة الاسرة الخالية، وتحاول الاستقلال بنفسها وعمل مشروع فاشون؟؟؟، منذ تخرجها من الجامعة وحياتها متعثرة وتقوم بأعمال خفيفة وغير مستقرة، وبالفحص تعاني من أعراض اكتيابية واضحة منها قبضة الصدر وافكار انتحارية وعدم الاستمتاع وكذلك أعراض قلق وربما اضطراب شخصية خفيف لو لايرقب لدرجة الاضطراب، سوف تاخذ مضاد اكتئاب وتذهب الى سالي

Social	بفكر كتير اكثر من خمس حاجات في الْيَوْمَ وحاسة حالي مجهدة ومكتئبة من عشر سنين لدرجة بقى بياثر في صحتي، وبانفجر بسهولة، ، وكمان مش مستقرة اتولدت في بريطانيا وعشت ودرست في الإمارات والسعودية ورجعت إنجلترا ورحت سويسرا عند عمتي وهربت على نيويورك وحاسة اني مش مستقرة، وعندي مشكلة كبيرة مع بابا، كنت مرتبطة بيه جدا، كنت بنت بابا، حتى لما بحاول اشتغل بكون تعبانة جدا ومكتئبة، ،

Follow Up	٨/٨ ما اخدتش الدوا لانها غير مقتنعة، وسافرت لبنان لحضور فرح زميلة مدرسة وحصل شوية ضيق بينها وبين صديقاتها،، وبتحكي كتير عن عدم راحتها مع صديقاتها اللي بيتعاملوا معاها على انها مجنونة، وسخرو منها امام أصحابهم، ومن ناحية اخرى حكت عن منصور الذي أحبته وكانت على علاقة معه لمدة سنة ونصف واقتربو من الزواج وتركها مرة واحدة وهي تعاني من ذلك وكذلك حساسة جدا تجاه أصدقاءها وملاحظاتهم ومازالت رافضة تاخذ السيبرالكس، - تايخ الزيارة:8/8/2018 بيانات المعالج: - اكتئاب وقلق. - حياة صفية ليست مستقرة بسبب تنقل الاسرة الدائم من 2008 بدات حالتها النفسية تدهور . - انا 26 وحاسة معملتش حاجة –كل علقاتي فاشلة – معنديش حب في حياتي او اي استقرتر لفترة كنت بدير كل مشاكلي لكن عل سبتمبر الفات خلاص سبت نفسي للفوضي وحياتي توقفت بعد الانفصال عن منصور مش قادرة اتحمل اهلي واصحابي او اي غباء او نفاق من الناس . - اقنععتها تاخد الدواء لدافعها للتغير . - بدات علاج معرفي سلوكي للاكتئاب والتوتر
