Summary	سيدة عمرها ٣٥ سنة قوية وذات حضور شخصي ونشأت في أسرة مضطربة لاب اقل من الام تعليميا واجتماعيا والأب طيب ومتواصل، وام جافة وقاسية وكارهة وتخرجت من اداب واشتغلت في التلفزيون محررة اخبار، وتزوجت زميل لها في التلفزيون منطوي وبارد وسلبي وجاءت تشتكي من علاقتها مع الام وعلاقتها مع الزوج التي ساءت كثيرا والعلاقة الجنسية متباعدة جدا ومتوقعة منذ شهرين، وحتى انها بدأت تخرج مع شخص اخر غير الزوج وتوقفت عن ذلك وبالفحص هي تعاني من سمات بارانويد واضطراب اكتئاب منذ سنتين والزوج في الغالب سكيزويد وسوف تاخذ بروزاك لانها زادت في الفترة الاخيرة ٣٠ كيلو وعندما تتحسن نعمل تدخل زواجي،

Social	مش مرتاحة وعلى طول مخنوقة وباكل كتير، ومش مسيطرة على نفسي في الاكل، جوزي هايدي وطيب ولكن سلبي، واتجوزته عن طريق واحدة صاحبتي وهو زميلي في الشغل، وامي صعبة جدا وعلى طول على خلاف معاها وبتحب اخويا بشكل مرضي ومؤخرا بقى صوتها بيضايقني لانها بتعلن كرهها ليا،

Follow Up	22/9 اهدا كثيرا وأقل خنقة، والنوم ظبط والاكل ظبط، وتقديرها لنفسها اتحسن كتير، ومبسوطة وأكثر إيجابية، ومفيش خناق مع الام، واكتشفت ان جوزي راجل طيب ولكن فعلا انطوائي، الزوج: (طبي ومقبل وعاطفي) هي احسن لكنها مبتتحركش وبتعمل الحاجات بالعافية، وساعات بدور على الحاجات اللي تعكنن،وبالفحص هو رجل طيب وعاطفي جدا ومتعاون لكنه ذو مزاج مكتئب مرتبط بمشاكل الاسرة والأبناء والمشاكل المالية عملنا التمرين الثلاثي ورغم صعوبته الا انه كان رائع، ٦/٤/٢٠١٩ كانت كويسة واتحسنت جدا، والعلاقة مع الزوج احسن عموما ولكن غير ملتزمين بالقواعد، ووقفت الدوا ورجعت تخنت تاني وعصبية تاني ولكن حالتها لم ترجع للأصل، ورجعت تاخد الدوا تاني وكذلك فيه ضعف رغبة جنسية ربما لان الزوج غير متعاون مما سبب لها احباط، او بسبب الدوا وسوف تستمر على البروزاك لمدة سنة وكذلك تقرا كتاب العلاج المعرفي لطلعت مطر
