العزله والتردد والعصبيه الشديده وضلالات العظمه كونه يستطيع قراءة افكار الاخرين مما دفع الاهل لاستشارة د. نبيل والذى وصف حقنه وادويه لايتذكرها الاهل وتحسو عليهم ولم ينتظم على الادويه ومع زيادة الاعراض ورفض الجامعه وحدة الهلاوس الامرة والمعلقه والسرحان واوضاع تخشبيه واهمال النظافه ولجا الاهل لاستشارة العديد من الاطباء دون تحسن ولجا الاهل لاستشارة د. حمدى التلاوى وتم حجز المريض بمستشفى الفيروز واخذ 11 جلسة كهربا ، وتمثلت الاعراض حاليا في صورة هلاوس سمعيه امره ومعلقه ، اهمال في النظافه السخصيه والمظهر الخارجي ، العزله الشديده ، ضلالات المراقبه ، هلاوس بصريه ، التردد الشديد مما دفع الاهل للحضور للقاهرة لاستشارة د. نبيل Diagnosis/Notes Social الاب :هو بدا يتعب من سنه و4 شهور ، بقي عصبي ونرفزه ويقعد لوحده ويشتكي ان فيه حد بيكلمه في ودانه وجينا لدكتور نبيل وكتب دواء مش فاكره واخد حقنه واتحسن بس مكملش علي الدواء وبعدها ب 5 شهور بقي يشتكي من الاصوات بتديله اوامر زي انه ينقل الكوبايه ويصرخ ويقطع هدومه واصوات تقول له زعق وسرحان مع نفسه ويقول شايف تعابين رحنا لدكتور ايمان (مخ واعصاب وكتبت له ادويه واستمر عليها 4 شهور ومفيش تحسن وزاد السرحان وتحس انه في حته تانيه (اوضاع تخشبيه وعزله ويستحمي بالعافيه بعدها رحنا لدكتور حمدي التلاوي عشان كان بيهدد انه يقطع ايده عشان الاصوات بتقوله كده ودخله مستشفى الفيروز واخد 11 جلسة كهربا واتحسن شويه وبعدها الحالة بدات ترجع بالتدريج رغم انه ماشي على الدواء ، لسه بيشتكي من نفس الاعراض تردد وخوف ومهمل فى نظافته شكوى المريض :بسمع اصوات رجاله واحيانا ستات بيدوني اوامر ويقولولي لو عايز ترتاح اقطع ايدك ، بسمعهم بقالي سنه ونصف ، بيعلقوا علي تصرفاتي ، بتزيد لما ابقي لوحدي ، الاول كنت بحس اني متراقب وان الناس اعرف همة بيفكروا في ايه، بشوف حاجات سوده صغيره زي دبور او ثعبان صغير Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٩/٣ احسن كتير جدا مع اعراض اكتيابية واعراض اَي بي اس وتم تخفيض الجرعة ا٪ى اريببرازول ٢٠ وإضافة فلوزاك ٢٠/٤/٢٠١٩ مازال متحسن ولكن فيه تردد شبه الذهانيين امام باب الحمام تحديدا، وعزلة اجتماعية، ومؤخرا فقط من عشر ايّام بدا يخرج يلعب بلياردو مع صديق له، وبدا ينزل يصلي في الجامع بانتظام، وحاليا مازال فيه بعض الاعراض الذهانية الخفيفة والتي من المحتمل ان تكون تخيلات اكثر منها وسواس ومشاعر بالدونية، وسوف نخفض الاريبيبريكس الى ١٥مل، والفلوزاك كما هو ٢٥/٨/٢٠١٩ تقريبا خف بنسبة ٩٥٪ حسب كلام الام ولكن بينام كتير جدا، ولكن منعزل اجتماعيا وسوف ينقل الى معهد للدراسة الخفيفة ومحتاج مازال دعم ومحتاج تيبوفورتين ١٥/٩/٢٠٢٠ ذهب لمعهد ونجح ولكن فيه عزلة ومفيش اصدقاء وشاي وقهوة ومبيصليش وبيستغفلني؟ نسيت طبعا انه كان فصامي وغير منتظم في
