ملابس سبورت خفيفة ومتعاون وهو من أصل سعودي لام مصرية ولا يبدو سعودي على الإطلاق وله اخ فصامي يعالج معي، خريج أكاديمية بحرية وعمل محاسب وسافر الى كندا في بعثة لتعلم لغة تبع الحكومة السعودية ومكث هناك سنتين وكان مبسوط ومنذ اكثر من سنتين وقرب نهاية البعثة بدا بعاني من أعراض ذهانية متمثلة في أصوات تهديدات وخيالات وعاد الى مصر ومازال يعاني من ذلك بالاضافة الى أعراض جسدية كثيرة، وبالفحص هو يعاني من هلاوس سمعية وبصرية وضلالات قراءة الأفكار وزراعة الأفكار وضلالات جنسية وسلوك هلوسي ويمكن تشخيصه فصام بارانويد رغم ان حضوره وتواصله لا يوحي بذلك أبدا سوف يأخذ أدوية واتابعه بانتظام ومن ثم نبدأ تأهيل نفسي، اربيبريكس Diagnosis/Notes Social سافرت كندا من اربع سنين اتعلَّم لغة ورجعت من سنتين، واتغيرت كتير وجالي اكتئاب، وبدات اشوف خيالات في أواخر السفيرة، وصداع دايما وفيه أصوات وتهديدات Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up 18/8/2018 أفضل قليلا والهلوسات اقل ويعيش في إسكندرية وق تم زيادة الدواء وسوف يبدأ في حضور الفردي والجروب ١٥/٢/٢٠٢٠ حصل هلاوس ودخل ابورجيلة عن طريق السفارة لمدة ست شهور برنامج ادمان ومدمنون مجهولون، وحاليا ماشي على دوجماتيل ٢٠٠ مل، واولابكس ١٠ حاليا وديباكين ٥٠٠ قرص ويعاني من الهلاوس السمعية والبصرية المزمنة المستمرة منذ ثلاث سنوات وبالفحص توجد هلاوس مستمرة وقراءة افكار رغم حضوره الوجداني الجيد والتفاعلي وسوف ياخذ سيكودال ٣ مل مبدئيا ويعمل تأهيل نفسي ٦/٦/٢٠٢٠ تقريبا كما هو بلا تقدم باستثناء انه افضل في النوم واكثر فوقانا وتركيزه افضل وطبعا محتاج تأهيل نفسي وهنزود الجرعة الى ٤ مل على ان تزاد تدريجيا بالآتفاق مع علاء 20-6-2020 علاء لايزال يشكو الهلاوس السمعية ، احيانا تزيد حدتها واحيانا تقل ، اصوات مهدده له له ويترتب عليها شكاوي جسديه ، لايوجد بصيره حيث يفسر الهلاوس علي انها سحر ، يقيم بمفرده ، تم زيادة الدواء الي 6 مجم ، ومتابعته تليفونيا ١٦/٦/٢٠٢١ جاء بعد سنة ويبدو متحسنا والهلاوس اقل كثيرا مع زيادة الابيكسدون الى ست مل، وينام ١٢ ساعة ويشتكي بشدة من الصداع في شكل تنميل ودوخة ورغم التحسن مازال يفكر في موضوع السحر وبيدور على شيوخ ٢٦/٩/٢٠٢٣ سافر السعودية لمدة سنة ونصف وانشغل محاسب وكان ماشي على ريسبيردال ٦ مل ولكن عمل اعراض جانبية واخذ كوجنتول ولم يتحسن والغريب ان الهلاوس مستمرة طول الوقت لكن لا يستجيب لها ولا يفعلها ومنذ ثلاث شهور اوقف الدوا نهائيا وبدا لا ينام وتدريجا والهلاوس زادت وبدا يفعلها، ومع كل ذلك مازال حاضر وجدانيا ومتفاعل ولديه بصيرة ويرغب في تغيير الدوا، ٢١/١٢/٢٠٢٣ حاليا على ابيكسيدون ٦ مل وتوداسيدون ١٦٠ وحاليا متحسن كتير والهلاوس قلت بنسبة ٧٠٪ وكل يوم مرتين ثلاثة بعد ان كانت عرض مستمر، ولكن يشتكي من السمنة وسوف نخفض جرعة الابيكسيدون الى ٤ مل ولو لم يتحسن ممكن نغير الى ابيلافاي ٢/٣/٢٠٢٤ على لوراسيدون ١٦٠ واريبيبرازول ٣٠مل وماشي كويس والهلاوس تقريبا فقدت تاثيرها عليه ولكن لم يعمل بعد ويعيش وحيد ويعيش في غربة شديدة في السعودية ويعاني من الخمول الشديد وسوف اضيف برافاماكس ١٠٠ ، ٧/٥/٢٠٢٤ ماشي الحال ولكن الوزن زاد من ايام الاولابكس وغير قادر على انقاص الوزن، ويشتكي من اوجاع جسدية كثيرة وكذلك يفكر في عمل
