Summary	شاب عمره ٢٩ سنة من أسرة شعبية اقل من متوسطة لاب خراط وام ست بيت واب شديد وام عنيفة وجاء يشتكي من ادمان العادة السرية وافلام البورن ويبدو مدهولا في لبسه وطريقة كلامه ويعتقد ان العادة اثرت عليه عقليا ومعرفيا ويعتقد انها اثرت على قدرته على العمل وعدم استقراره وقد حاول كثيرا بالقراءة واللجوء للأطباء وفشل ويعاني كذلك من نوبات اكتيابية وحاليا يعاني من الخمول، وضعف التركيز والتذكر والقلق وتقلب مزاجي والانقباض وافكار انتحارية ومشاكل اجتماعية وجسدنة وافكار بارانويدية ونوبات من التهيج وتحطيم الأشياء سوف يأخذ مضاد اكتئاب ومضاد ذهان خفيف بروزاك وابيكسيدون ويحتاج علاج فردي مع علاء وجروب سوف يأخذ ابيكسيدون ونص وفلوزاك وتيبوفورتين ٢٠/١٠/٢٠٢٠ جاءت الأخت وحدها مازال وضعه سيّء جدا ودخلوه مستشفى وخرج اكثر عدوانا وبيهدد بشدة، وكمان بيضربهم كلهم الاب والام والاخت وتهديدات بالقتل لانه اكتشف انهم بيحطوله دوا في الاكل وكمان بيطردهم من البيت وعملوله محضر في القسم، لدرجة كسرلهم باب الشقة وعملوا باب حديد وطبعا غالبا فصامي واتفقت معها يبلغوا البوليس ومن هناك ع المستشفى او يدخل مستشفى ٥/٦/٢٠٢١ الام والاخت وحدهما، الوضع كما هو عليه وهو مازال تهديدات بالقتل وبيضرب الام والاب ترك البيت لانه مريض قلب، وكل يوم في مشكلة، ثم قامت الاخت والام بترك البيت، والإقامة عند الاخت، والغريب انه محترم جدا مع الناس وبيشتغل على أوبر وشايل نفسه وبيلعب كورة ٢٦/٦/٢٠٢١ الاخت وحدها، الوضع خربان جدا وهي والام في شقة ايجار جديد ،

Social	الام والأخت: بدون علم المريض، ن إعدادي وابتدى يحتفظ بكل حاجة لنفسه وأناني وعامل الكبير وفِي سن ١٦ سنة فجاة ابتدى بقى عنيف جدا ويكسر ومش عايز يشتغل وطول الوقت بيشتكي من ظلمه لينا، وديناه الدمرداش وفيه وقت كان عنده وسواس قهري، وكان نفسه يبقى لاعب كرة وحصله إصابة ومشكلة غضروف واتحلت ومازال حتى الان بيدور على علاج ليها رغم انه مفيش حاجة، لكن مازال بيلعب كورة وبيقعد على القهوة وأخذ أدوية منذ ٢٠١٢ مثل فافارين واريببارازول ( وحاليا على عشرة مل اريببرازول ١٠ مل بدون معرفة منهم
