بشدة من إسكندرية لاب يرسم على الزجاج وام ست بيت واخ اكبر واخت اصغر وخريجة خدمة اجتماعية وست بيت تزوجت منذ ثلاث سنوات ضد رغبة الأهل وتركت إسكندرية وعاشت مع الزوج في القاهرة ود تطلقا لمدة سبع شهور وعادا لبعض مرة اخرى، وهي من أسرة مضطربة اساسا وبمراجعة تاريخ الحالة بدأت الاعراض مع سن ١٩ سنة او قبلها بتقلبات مزاجية وتقلبات شدية في العلاقات ح&م انها كانت مخطوبة وفِي نفس الوقت كانت تحب شاب مسيحي وبدا تهتم بالدِّين المسيحي ثم تجاوزت الشخص والدين وكل ذلك، وتوجد أفكار بارانوية وأرق شديد وقلق وتفكير مفرط وقد ذهبت لطبيب في ذلك الوقت مع تاريخ لمحاولات انتحارية منذ كان عمرها ١٤ سنة. اخرها عن عمر ٢٣ سنة ولَم تروح لأي من الأطباء النفسيين الثلاثة الذين ذهبت اليهم كما انها كانت تعاني أيضا من نوبات انشقاقية ومؤخرا منذ ثلاث سنوات اصبحت اكثر قلقل وأكثر وسوسة ويمكن تشخيصها اضطراب شخصية بارانويد وحدية وهيستريونية مع إضراب قلق واكتئاب، وقد عرضت عليها العلاج الفردي والجماعي ورفضت ووافقت على الفردي بعد إلحاح وسوف تاخذ دواء فقط بروزاك وابيليبكس ٢١/١/٢٠٢٢ جاءت بعد اربع سنين اونلاين وطبعا ذهبت لاطباء اخرين وومستريحتش ومتدهورة وعايشة على كلام اونلاين عبارة عن غرف شات والعاب تكسب منها فلوس ؟؟ ومطلقة منذ سنة وشهرين، وبدات تتتدهور تدريجيا منذ ثلاث سنوات ،تعيش وحدها ولا تخرج من البيت ابدا، وعيشة اغلب سلبية عن الدنيا، وفاقدة الشغف للحياة مع لامبالاة، وتحكي عن ميولها الجنسية سواء المثلية او الميل للسيطرة باعتبارها ابنورمال وشرحت لها انها طبيعية طالما لا يوجد ايذاء، وقادرة الى تحمل مسؤوليتها، ومن الوصف اقرب للاكتئاب المزمن رغم انها تتواصل مع اخرين وسوف تاخذ فيتاماكس بلس مع برافاماكس وتكمل على بروزاك ٢٩/١/٢٠٢٢ اخذت برافاماكس نص وفاقت شوية وصوتها احسن، والنوم اقل اي اكثر صحية، ولكن الوضع كما هو
