Summary	سيدة شكلها غريب او مريض وتتحرك بصعوبة وبترغي رغي تفصيلي وتحكي بإطناب وإسهاب شديد لدرجة التنويه، . وحاليا تعيش مع الابن طبيب الأسنان والابنة والعلاقة شديدة السوء مع معهما حتى، وقد عاشت مع اب شديد القسوة وتزوجت منذ اكثر من ٢٨ سنة وعاشت اغلب الوقت مع الزوج في السعودية، والزوج طبيب أسنان غريب حتى انه بيسافر السعودية فجاة بدون ان يخبرها (خلص غدا ونزل ومرجعش) ولا يمكن توقع تصرفاتة و وتحكي عن أشياء كأقرب للتفكير السحري وترجع الاعراض الى زلزال ٩٢ ويبدو انها تعرضت لاضطراب الكرب ولَم تعالج، ومن وقتها وهناك أعراض خوف شديد من الموت وقلق وقرف حتى انها رفضت إرضاع ابنها لانها قرفانة من لمسه لها مع خليط كبير من الاعراض الجسدية وعزلة اجتماعية وترك للابن الرضيع وذلك كله تحت عنوان الخوف من الموت، وبدات رحلة العلاج النفسي وكان هناك تحسن خفيف ودارت على أطباء كثر، حتى انها أخذت جلسات كهرباء، وحتى انها أخذت مضادات أوكسيداز المونوامين وتحسنت فقط مع هناء سليمان. على الأنافرانيل، و ومنذ ٢٠٠٣ تعاني من اكتئاب ووسواس قهري وعملت عملية تكميم من شهرين،، ، وسوف تستمر على نفس الدواء وتشتغل علاج معرفي سلوكي ونشوفها بعد شهر (صعبة جدا جدا جدا واحتمال تنتحر)

Social	بقى لي خمسة وعشرين سنة تعبانة، وحياتي مش مستقرة وبعد الزلزال تعبت جدا الابن طيب ومتفهم لكنه أرهق جدا جدا (تعبت جدا وطول الوقت شكوى وأنانية جدا وانا زهقت جدا وتعبت) والموضوع معقد

Follow Up	٢٥/٨/٢٠٢٠ جاءت بعد سنتين، وارجعت السبب للزوج وطبعا نفس الرغب ذهبت للعيش مع الزوج في السعودية ثم عادا منذ سنة ومن وقتها رفض العودة للسعودية وعايشين مع بعض وحاليا بيتخانقو جامد ويشتمها ويضربها، (بتتكلم بصوت بارانويد طول الوقت تجاه الزوج وانها بيوقعها في الغلط وبيقوم ولاده عليها) وتعاني من ضغط العين المرتفع الزاوية المفتوحة وسوف تاخذ لوسترال مع ريسبيريدال نص مع التركيز على العلاج المعرفي وتذهب لولاء للعلاج المعرفي ، ،
