Summary	أحمد ٢٨ عاما ، أعزب، يعمل مهندس بأيرلندا ومقيم هناك منذ سنة ونصف، يشكو من أفكار و صور مزعجة متكررة أغلبها جنسية ذات ميول شاذة (مثلية أو قاصرات ) تسبب له قلق و عدم تركيز .. نشأ أحمد في أسرة غير مستقرة ، كانوا مقيمين في الإمارات حتى سن ١٢ سنة لظروف عمل الأب كمهندس مدني ثم عاد الى مصر بصحبة الأم و الأخ بعد طلاق الأب و الأم( الأب والأم كانوا كثيري الخناق)، اما الأم في لديها سمات شخصية وسواسية قد تصل لإضطراب الوسواس القهري مما جعل الأخ يتركها ليقيم مع والده المتزوج من ثانية.... أخبر المريض بوجود حادثة تحرش واحدة عندما كان بالإمارات.. ذهب المريض منذ سنتان لطبيب نفسي و أخذ دواء انافرانيل و تحسن عليه ثم أوقفه بسبب اعراض جانبية ( دوخة وعدم تركيز ) ... صراعات الأب و الأم ثم الطلاق ثم بعد الأب وزواجه و التاريخ العائلي للوساوس من ناحية الأم ثم مؤخرا السفر لأيرلندا وعدم وجود دعم اجتماعي حوله أدت الي الصورة الإكلينيكية الحالية كتبتله فافرين ٥٠ و هيقابل د.نبيل قبل ما يسافر ايرلندا آخر الشهر..وهيحتاج نشتغل معاه معرفي أونلاين..

Follow Up	٢٩/١٢ شخص محترم وجاد جدا وذو شخصية اقرب للانطوايية ومحافظ اخلاقيا ودينيا، ويعاني من وسواس خاص بالبنات المراهقات والذكور ويبدو ذلك ليه علاقة بطريقة تفكيره الصارمة والتفكير الاحادي الجانب، ،وحياته في أيرلندا وحيدا ليصحو الساعة خمسة ويذهب للجيم ويذهب للشغل ويرجع ينام وجهته يكون متسامح مع أفكاره ووساوسه (وايه يعني لما تجيلي افكار) ويغير في نمط حياته يكون ملخبط او غير منتظم وسوف يزيد الفافارين الى ١٠٠ ويعمل اونلاين كاونسيل مع د احمد صلاح ٢٨/٤/٢٠١٩ لم يعمل اونلاين مع احمد صلاح، وجاء مصر احازة ومتحسن كثير، وشرحت له تاني ازاي يتعامل مع نفسه وافكاره بطريقة ارحب، وماشي على الفارسين وسوف يجرب كوجنيتيف في أيرلندا ٨/٩/٢٠٢٠ اتحسن كتير بخصوص الافكار حتى بداية الكورونا ثم أصيب بتسمم اكل في يوليو وعادت الوساوس مرة اخرى وسوف يكمل على فافارين يوميا ويقابل محمود سعد على ان يكمل معه اونلاين
