Summary	فتاة عمرها ٢٤ سنة من أسرة تقليدية لام شديدة التدين حتى انها منشغلة بأنشطتها ودراساتهم الدينية عن الأبناء واب تاجر أدوات كهربية واخت واخ وقد عانت صغيرة من الربو ومنذ سن ١٤ سنة تعاني من الاكتئاب والاخ والاخت مرضى نفسيين وقد عولجت اكثر من مرة ودخلت مستشفى للعلاج من الاكتئاب وتكرار محاولات الانتحار وتحسنت كثيرا حتى توقفت عن تعاطي أدوية الاكتئاب منذ ثلاث سنوات وحاليا جاءت تعاني من ارتباك وبالذات في موضوع الزواج مع علاقة مضطربة بالام بسبب انشغالها الشديد في موضوع الأنشطة الدينية، وانها مشغولة و بالفحص هي ذات تاريخ اكتئاب متعافي ومازالت تعاني من ارتباط قهري بالاشياء والحيوانات (الأخ سكيزوتايبال) وربما تحتاج الى شغل على الموضوع وتحتاج الى مرشد نفسي والشغل على العلاقة مع الام

Social	هي : من عشر سنين كان فيه اكتئاب وميول انتحارية ودخلت مستشفى وخرجت متحسنة وبعدها فقت وحاولت انتحر كتير واصلا عندي حساسية على صدري وده أتعبني جدا ومش مستحملة، وبَقى لي ست سنين مش باخد أدوية ومؤخرا اتخطبت ولكن خايفه من الجواز، وبقيت ملخبطة من جوايا ومش عارفة انا صح ولا غلط ومش لاقية نفسي حتى في الشغل، ومش مبسوطة،

Follow Up	٢٧/١٠ جاءت مع الاخت وفارقة كتير رغم انها أخذت الدوا منذ اسبوعين فقط وبدات شغل جديد وسوف تبدا العلاج النفسي بكرة واعتقد انها محتاجة جروب ثيرابي كذلك ٨/٩/٢٠١٩ جاءت بعد مقابلة ولاء وبدت غضبانة لان الاعراض أقوى من ارشادات ولاء وتشتكي من شكاوى وسواسية بالأساس وسوف تاخذ ابيكسيدون وبروزاك 22/9/2019 الجلسة الاولى عندى قلق وتوتر طول الوقت / /بركز فى كل حاجة //بنظف كتير // لو حد غير امامن الاشياء باعصب //لو حد رتب الدولاب بضايق // لو دخلت التويلت بحد انشف الحوض //عندى ارق فظيع // مش قادرة استحمل حد //عندى صراع بينى وبين نفسى // مزاجى بيتغير فى ثوانى //مش بعرف ااتعامل مع الصوت العالى //عصبية مع خطيبى بهب فيه //// مشاعر الفقد قطتى راحت // ضياع المحفظة // من وانا فى 3 اعدادى دخلت ماما فى موضوع حفظ القران وبدات تنسحب من حياتنا مشاعر ضيق وخانقة الفكرة (هى نسيانى /احساس بالذنب اتجاها / / بترفض تتصور معايا عشان حرتم ؟؟/ مش بحس انها موجورد // انا بكره اصحابها تعرفنا عن النموذج المعرفي ربط الافمار بالمشاعر والسلوك طلبت تعمل تمرينات الاسترخاء طلبت تشغل نفسها بشئ تحبة تعمل عكس المشاعر.
