Summary	15 / 7 /2017 السيدة/ مروة ا 34، طب أسنان، باحث بالمعهد القومى للبحوث، متزوجه ولديها ولد سنة ونصف. شكوى المريض: الدنيا ملخبطه، مش أول مرة أروح لـ Psychiatrist أنا مش مروة، مش قابله الموضوع، أجلت خلفه عشان الدكتوراه، وجوزى فى السعوديه ورايحه جايه، هو عنده حركة جامدة، أنا شاطرة جدا ً Perfectionist وكل حاجة زى الفل وبعدين بقيت مش أنا، أنا محبوسه جوايا، عرفت إن بابا بيعرف واحده على ماما، انا وجوزى Best friend، وحاسه إنى مش مستحملاه يقرب منى، وعندى صعوبة شديدة فى الـ Intercourse، مؤخرا ً حتى الحضن مش قادرة أستحمله وبفكر أنفصل (ياسر طربى)، ومافيش أى رغبة جنسية وبيجيلى خيالات كتير إن صفى (أبنى) يموت. التعقيب: - بتحب تقرأ روايات وفنانه منزليه. - فتاة فى مثل سنها، طويله ذات ملابس بسيطه نشأت فى أسرة Achievers وهى طبيبة أسنان ومعها دكتوراه، لها شخصية Individual وقوية وقلوقه، هى الأكبر لأخوات ثلاثة فأستمرت فى ترويتها وذكوريتها وتزوجت من رجل ضعيف واستمرت وان كانت العلاقة بينهم سيئة وانجبت وتبنت دور الأم بالكامل ونسيت كل الأدوار الآخرى. - مطلوب تهدى قليلا ً وتستخرج أنثاها مرة آخرى. R\ Lustral 50 mg 1x1. ١٩/٨ اللوسترال تعبها اول اربع ايام أساسا جهاز هضمي، وهديت شووية، والخيالات عن موت الابن اقل، واحتاست تجيلي امتى، وفيه قلق شديد تجاه الطفل ولما بتسيبه مع الاخت بتحس بالذنب، واضح انها مش قابله اللي، ( خايفة انها تعيش وتكبر وتتجاوز وتخلف وتموت)، واضح انها بتهرب من الكلام في العلاقة الزوجية، كنت بحب انوثتي وحاليا مش حاسة اني ست، وعمر ما جوزي حسسني اني جميلة ، ومطلوب مقابلة الزوج لتنبيهه لذلك الاتفاق على قراءة روايات رومانسية لتحريك الرومانسية داخلها ١٦/٩ تعبانه كتير، وحاولت تقرا ومقفوله جدا، ومن الناحية الرومانسية مقفولة تماما Sever depression , ، ومش قادرة تتغير رغم انها بتبذل مجهود، وفاقدة ثقتها في نفسها جدا، والمشكلة الكبرى انها رافضة تماما اي قرب جسدي مع الزوج، وغير قادرة على الاستمتاع،ومسافرة السعودية بعد أسبوع، وزيادة اللوسترال الى ١٥٠ ولو مشتغلش، الزوج لطيف جدا ومتفهم تماما للوضعProzac او

Follow Up	٢٣/٩/٢٠٨ جاءت بعد سنة وتعاني من وجدان ضحل جدا لدرجة عدم الإحساس تجاه الأهل والزوج والنفس وعدم الاستمتاع بالموسيقى التي كانت تحبها من قبل، واي اقتراب جسدي من الزوج يصيبها بالفزع والقرف، ( واضح انها اصيبت باكتئاب بعد الولادة ولَم تعالج بشكل صحيح وكاف وتحتاج الى تدخل دوائي ومعرفي قوي) سيمبالتا ٦٠ وريميرون
