وهي من بنها وخريجة اداب وكانت تعمل مدرسة وحاليا على المعاش وتعاني من اضطراب وجداني ثنائي القطب منذ ١٢ سنة وكان عمرها خمسين سنة وكل عام تصاب بالاكتئاب لمدة شهرين ثم نوبة الهوس الخفيفة شهرين وهكذا وعولجت كثيرا بمضادات اكتئاب وادوية اخرى لم يتم التعرف عليها، وقد شرحت لهم معنى المرض ومشاكله، ومساراته المختلفة وكيفية علاجه، وسوف تاخذ مودابكس Diagnosis/Notes Social الابنة بتجيلها حالة تفضل نايمة في السرير وتفوق ست شهور وأوقات تانية وتبقى طول النهار برة وتصلي في الجامع طول الوقت وحاليا خايفة عشان كانت وقعت في الحمام وكان عندها فيروس واتعالجت منه، Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ١٨/١١ افوق في الحركة والفوقان ولكن مازالت منقبضة ومزاجها اكتئابي وافكار اكتيابية، ومشكلة ذاكرة وسوف ناجل اللاميكتال الى ما بعد الخففان وسوف تاخذ مودابكس ٢٠٠ مل وتيبوفورتين ومحتاجة علاج معرفي ٤ جلسات 18/11 اشارت الاستاذة نجاح انها لديها مشاكل عدة مع الاولاد حيث انها لديها بنتين وولد البنتين كانوا متزوجين اخين ، وانفصلت احدهما والاخرى نتيجة زعلها على الاخت جالها الزئبقى الحمراء ، وبتتعالج منها وحاليًا اعدى عند الام عشان الاخت تخدمها، اما الابن الذكر فو مطلق ولديه طفلة تعيش مع الاسرة ، وتشير الاستاذة نجاح ان تللك الظروف تضايقها وانها تشعر بالذنب تجاه انها تسمع اذان الفجر ولا تقوم للصلاه، وانها كذلك لا تعمل اى شئ فى المنزل مما يشعرها انها حمل على البنت الصغرى،ة كما انها تشعر بخنقة فى صدرها . طبت منها تعمل عكس دماغها ، تبدء فى عمل جدول يومى بلعض الانشطة التى كانت تشعرها بالسادة وتقوم بادائها بشكل منتظم ، تبدء تشارك البنت اعممال المطبخ. 3/ 12 الجلسة الثانية بدات تشارك الاولاد الجلوس خارج حجرتها ، بدات تشارك البنت نشر الغسيل وتطبيقة ، تحدثت ابنتها انها افضل ولكنها تعبر عن قبضة فى الصدر وعند الحديث عن وجود القبضة اشارت انها مش موجودة ، لازالت لا تستطيع للصلاة وهو أمر يارقها ، اشارت انها كثيرا ما تقراء القران ولا تتذكر منه شى .. تم تحليل مشاعر الضيقة والخنقه. تم الاتفاق على الخروج مرة خلال تلك الفترة ، المشاركة فى توضيب البيت ، سماع القران اثناء قراءته. الجلسة الثالثة احسن من حيث الاعراض منتبه، تتحدث عن مشاركتها فى الانشطة اليومية، تحدثت عن مشاعر سلبية عندما تتحدث عن اولاد الاخت المتوفيه التىى يوجد بين ابناءها مشاكل ، الابنه افضل وكويسه من حيث الاعراض ومشاركة . ١٦/٦ نبيل إنزيمات الكبد عالية وتم وصف سيروكسات وجنكو مع ملاحظة انها كانت ماشية على ٣ لوسترال وبالتالي محتاجين نزود الجرعة بعد اسبوع ١٨/٨/٢٠١٩ افضل سيكا وسوف نزود السيروكسات الى حبتين ونوقف التيبوفورتين وطلبت منها تخرج وتسمع مزيكا محببة 2/2/2020 مكتئبة بشكل متوسط وماشية على سيروكسات خمسين وسوف نزيد
