أسرة شكلها لطيف لاب طبيب متوفي منذ ١٥ سنة وام فنانة مصوغات وملابس وهي الاصغر لاخين واخت وكانت تعاني وهي طفلة من قلق الانفصال وكذلك تركت في عمر ست سنوات عند احدي صديقات الام لسفرها مع الاب لمرضه، وقد خطبت لمدة سنة من زميل كشافة وكان بارد وحصلت مشاكل كثيرة بسبب غيرتها الشديدة، وجاءت الام تشتكي من غيرتها الشديدة على الام والاخوة وقد فسخت الخطوبة منذ ست شهور ومازالت تعاني حتى الان، وبالفحص هي تعاني منذ الصغر من قلق الانفصال مما جعلها تشعر بالغيرة الشديدة تجاه الام والاخوة بالذات ومؤخرا ارتبطت بخطوبة لمدة سنة بصديق الأخ سكيزويد وحصلت مشاكل كثير وصلت لدرجة الى الإهانة كما تقول (قالها انتي قليلة الأدب وشعرت معاه بعدم تقدير وانها ليست اولوية بالنسبة له ) وفسخت منذ ست شهور وتعاني من القلق والاكتئاب وفَرَّط التفكير والخوف والقلق وفقد الاهتمام وفقدان الوزن وسوف تاخذ سيبرالكس وتكمل مع ولاء سافرت مع باباها عشان المرض وقعدتها عند صاحبتي ثلاث سنين، Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up الجلسة الأولى .1/ 11/ 2018 فى البداية اشارت سارة انها مش بتحب تتحدث عما بيها من مشاكل لانها لا تثق فى احد واوضحت لها انى ما بيننا الان هى علاقه مهنية وانى من قواعد المهنة انى لا افشى اسار المرضى وانها من حقها ان لا تتحدث معى ، بالمناشة عبرت عن موضوع انفصالها وعن ضيقها انه لازال على علاقة بالاسرة وهو ما يثير ضيقها، اشارت انها كثيرة التفكير فى تلك الامور ، وانها تتنتابها الكثير من المشاعر السلبية . واضحنا علاقة الافكار بالمشاعر والسلوك ، وتحدثنا عن احد التشوهات المعرفية وهو التضخيم والتى ظهر خلال سردها لاحد المواقف. الجلسة الثانية 20/ 11/ 2018 معملتش الواجب وإن كانت تشير سارة انها بدات تسيطر على مشاعرها ،، بدات لم اتخرج مع حد حتى لو مضايقة متسيبش الاعدى ذى الاول ، تشير انها بدات تشتغل فى حاجة مطلوبه منها تصميم شئ معين ، واشارت انها الصبح بتبقى احسن إلى حد ما ولا يوجد خانقة بس بيليل بيبقى صعب جدا وتبقى مشاعر الضيق مسيطرة عليها ، وان لا زال يسيطر عليها فكرة انها لا تستطيع الوثاق فى احد من جديد ، وانى ليه حد قريب يبعد ، وانها بقت تشك زيادة عن اللزوم ، ترفض الكلام عن اى افكار او اى مشاكل وسوف ترجع لدكتور نبيل لمراجعة الدواء . ملحوظة هامة جدا الام خلال مكالمة التليفون : تشير الام انى الحاجات دى فى سارة ومقدرتش اقلك عليها خالص فى الجلسة ، هى بتعمل مشاكل كبيرة جدا فى البيت بتوصلنى انى اضربها ، بتصحينى الساعة 2 بيليل تقولى انتى انا مش هقدر اعيش كدا وبعدين انا معنديش اب ولا خطيب ولازم ارتبط قبل 25 سنة ، انتى عايزانى اعد جنبك وما تجوز، لو عملت ليك او كومنت لحد اوجبت حاجة لمرات اخوها ليه بتعملى كدا معاها اعملى معايا انا بس ، كانت مضايقة واخذت حبتين سيبراليكس جلهارعشه ، لو جتلها فكرة بيليل تقوم تناقشها معايا ولو قلت كلام غير الكلام انتى بتكذبى انتى كبرتى وخرفتى ، بتمسك فى جمل وتسيب الموضوع الفرعى ٩/١٢/٢٠١٨ تقول انها لم تتقدم علاجيا وان ولاء مش عايزة تكمل معاها، مازالت غير قادرة عن التخلص من الانشغال بالخطيب السابق، . واتكلمنا كتير في نوبات القلق الشديد وشعورها بالدونية ومن ناحية اخرى هي بتسافر وبتخرج وبترسيم وبتروح جسم Depressive symptoms Depressive
