من الحديث عنها انها فصاميه او علي الاقل موسوسة ( بتعد شراشيب الستاير ، حادة الطباع ، حمايه مفرطة لجانيت ، تدخل قوي في اقل تفاصيل ، لا تعالج ) ، لها اخت متزوجة وسليمة ، جاءت جانيت تشكو من القلق وتكرار الكلام و تخوفها من الزوج في قوة شخصيته ، بالفحص هي ذهبت قبل الزواج لطبيب نفسي في الثانويه والجامعه باعراض قلق واكتئاب ، هي خريجه هندسة بمقبول ورسبت سنه ولم تعمل ، تزوجت في ٢٠١٥ من رجل اكبر منها ب ١٧ سنه وبعد الزواج لاحظ الزوج تكرارها للأسئلة وخوفها وقلقها من أقل الاشياء وعدم ثقتها بالاخرين وتخوفها من الايذاء من اخواته وتعلقها الشديد بأمها وضعف شخصيتها وبمراجعة عائلتها اكتشف ان الام مريضه وان جانيت ظهر عليها اعراض مرضيه قبل الزواج فغضب الزوج وقرر الانفصال عنها لكن اكتشف انها حامل ، فقرر الاستمرار معها لكبر سنه واحتياجه لطفل ، الطفل حاليا عنده سنه ، هي لا تستطيع القيام بدورها كأم بشكل معقول وهو تجنب معاشرتها تمًاما وغضبان منها طول الوقت ووداها لفيكتور سامي ومجدي اسحق ووصفوا فاڤرين وبريكسال وبروزاك دون تحسن ، وصفنالها ابيكسيدون ٢ مجم وبروثاي ين ٧٥ Diagnosis/Notes Social جوزي ممتنع عني ، واخذ التفاصيل اكتر منها ومن الزوج ، هي فصاميه غير متميز ، علي الاقل ذهانيه باعراض وسوسية وعصبيه وشكوك في الاخرين وتدهور في النواحي الشخصيه والاجتماعيه ، الدواء نظم النوم قلل العصبيه وتكرار الاسئله وتحتاج تأهيل ذهاني طويل ومستمر ، هو لسه غضبان وحاسس بالخداع وهناك مننا محاولات لشرح الموقف وخصوصا ان لم يظهر عليها اعراض قويه قبل الزواج ترجح انه تم خداعه فعلا ، أمها تحتاج تقابل د نبيل لوقف تدخلاتها ووصف علاج وتقييمها الابن هو الذي يحتاج رعايه وتم توفير مربيه له وطباخه واتفقنا مع الزوج اشراك الام في التربيه وعدم تجنيبها حتي لا تحس بالخوف المرضي الذي قد يكون مضر ، وهو يحتاج توقيف الحمايه المفرطه علي ابنه والتعامل بهدوء اكثر والتدخل معه فرديا ايضا ، بالنسبه للدواء هنستمر علي نفس الجرعات لتقليل الاعراض الموجبة ( البارانويا والتوتر والوساوس والعصبيه وقلة النوم ) حتي نري مع الوقت ١٤/١٠ بعد المقابلة معها ومع الزوج اعتقد انها بعد نوبة الزهان الاولى والثانية وكذلك مع أم مريضة تحولت تدريجيا الى شخصية اعتمادية واحتمال ذهان متبقي والزوج يراها ضايعة تماما ولا أمل فيها وعايز يخمدها وهي بلا بصيرة على الإطلاق ومحتاجة تأهيل نفسي على مستوى شخصي وكام وكزوجة ومستويات اخرى كثيرة واحتمال تحتاج أم أم بي اَي وسوف تاخذ اريببرازول ١٠ ولوسترال ١٠٠ Depressive symptoms Depressive symptoms Depressed
