Summary	احمد 40 عاما, متزوج ولديه ولدين, صاحب محلات ملابس,غير منتظم في العمل, يعاني من alopecia universalis منذ 6 سنوات, يتعاطىى الحشيش يوميا من مرحلة الجامعة و اقراصpregabalin 150 من كبسولة لأربعة يوميا منذ عام..يشكو من مزاج سئ, فقدان الإهتمام, اضطراب نوم, low self esteem , تدهور وظيفي وعزلة ( بقعد أرسم حواجبي و أظبطها كل ما انزل الشارع) وشعور بالذنب تجاه الأولاد.. زواج تقليدي من 14 عاما وغير سعيد فيه.. اتفقنا هيبطل ياخد ليرولين هياخد ديباكين 1500 و بروزاك 20 وكيوتابكس 25 الحالة صعبة وأطباء الجلدية قالوله ان السبب نفسي و ال body image بتاعته disturbed مع تعاطي الحشيش والليرولين كخاجة تخفف ال psychological pain وتقلل القلق لما بينزل يشتغل ويتعامل مع الناس.. ٧/١١ نبيل الأكبر لخمس بنات وأولاد من شبين ، لاب تاجر ملابس كبير وقوي وقد مرض بالزهايمر وتدهور سريعا حتى توفي في نفس الوقت الذي تزوج فيه المريض وانجب وذلك تاركا له العائلة والاخوة البنات والتجارة ليرعاها ويديرها مع أم مريضة اغلب الوقت،، وفِي الثورة شارك بقوة وكان في التحرير وفِي ٢٠١٢ ومع احباط الثورة تعرضت الاخت لمرض الروماتويد فظهرت الالوبيشيا ومع علاقة زوجية فاترة عاطفيا مع علاقات خارج الزواج، ومع الثعلبة تحول من شخص نشط اجتماعيا ومؤثر وصاحب وجهة نظر ورب عايلة الى شخص يميل للخمول ويشعر بالدونية وفقدان الثقة في النفس، ويميل للانعزال اكثر، ومشغول وسواسية بموضع الالوبيسيا وتحديدا الحواجب، ويتعاطى الليريكا والحشيش، ، وسوف يأخذ فافارين وجنكو وريميرون

Follow Up	١٢/١٢ اقل خمولا، واسرع نزولا للشغل، وأكثر اقبالا، وحاليا مبطل ليريكا وبيشرب حشيش يوميا ونصحته يشرب بانجو أفضل، وماشي على البروزاك واحدة وتزيد الى اتنين، وماشي على ريميرون وجنكو، وعرضت عليه الجروب وشايف انه مش محتاجه لانه عنده اجتماعيات حميمية وقوية، ومن ناحية نرى لديه صديق مات من سنتين ونص وهو قريب جدا من زوجته وأبناؤه مما اثار غيرة بالاضافة علاقته الفاترة بها وسوف يجيئون معا
