ومن اسرة مضطربة جدا بسبب اعتداءات الاب على لام والبنات وهي الكبرى لخمسة بنات وقد جاءت تشتكي من اضطراب علاقتها بخطيبها وخوفها على أمها وأسرتها بعد الزواج لان الاب سوف يتزوج بعد زواجها، وتعاني من العصبية وسرعة الانفعال مع الخطيب، وكذلك ضعف الذاكرة والتركيز ويبدو ان صورة الرجل مشوهة بسبب علاقتها بالأب السيء، ومرهقة كثيرا، ومش قادرة اتخيل العلاقة الجنسية معاه وبخاف لما بفكر في الموضوع وبالفحص مع التوتر والمشكلة الاخرى انها جاهلة جنسيا تماما وحتى بتشعر بالقرف، ، وعملت معهم التمرين الثلاثي وهي تحتاج الى تدخلات معرفية لمساعدتها على شد الشعر والعصبية وكذلك توعية وصحصحة جنسية مع ملاحظة انهما
