Summary	روجينا سيدة عمرها 29 سنة، الثانية لأخ، الاب لواء شرطة، والام تربوية علي المعاش، وهي ارشاد سياحي وتعمل مصرفية، وغير مرتبطة، وتعيش مع الاسرة في مدينة نصر، وجاءت لأنها منذ 3 شهور اخدت نفس حشيش مع صديقتها علي البحر وحصل لها نوبة هلع شديدة وربما ذهاب؟ المستشفي الطواريء ومن وقتها وكل عدة ايام تذهب للطواريء قم دخلت دار الفؤاد، ومنذ شهرين ذهبت الي طبيب نفسي وكتب لها سيبرابرو وقبل ذلك كانت بنت واثقة ونشيطة وتسافر وحدها ومستقلة وهكذا وحاليا ً هي تقريبا ً معتمدة علي اهلها حتي في الذهاب الي العمل ومنقطعة عن الصحاب، كما انها عاشت في بيت ذكوري بفضل الولد مع اب عنيف ومتسلط ويعاملها كأنهم عساكر، مع كأبة مستمرة وشعور بعدم الامان، من ناحية اخري عملت ايلاج مع خطيبها (ضحك عليها)، منذ 5 سنوات وسابها (مرة واحدة)، ومن وقتها حزينة وخايفة، وهي بنت عاشت في اسرة مضطربه اورثتها الغضب والخوف والتعلق والقلق وربما بعض السمات الحدية ثم دخلت في علاقات مضطربة اهمها الخطيب الذي ولجها، والاعراض الحالية افكار انتحار، سرعة ضيق، خمول، عدم الامان، افكار بارانوية، نوبات هلع، انقباض، القلق المعمم، خوف، عدم حب، وهي اضطراب شخصية عصابية مع قلق واكتئاب وهلع، ورغم النشأة هي قوية وذكية ومرنة ونجحت في عمل كارير وحياة اجتماعية واستقلال وسوف تأخذ بوسبار مع السيبرابرو

Follow Up	٤/١١/٢٠٢٤ روجينا مارس ١٩٩٥ نوبات الهلع توقفت والقلق اقل والتوتر اقل والمزاج متقلب، ولكن حصل زيادة ضخمة في الوزن ١٠كج، وحتى الان غير قادرة على السفر بعد حادثة الهلع وعندها ستكون رح في السخنة ومش هتروح، واتضح انها كانت مع اصحاب صاحبتها وجالها نوبة هلع وهم اتلخمو لدرجة منعوها من التليفون وروحوها بالمايوه ونزلت الشارع الساعة ٢ الصبح روحت بالمايوه قدام الناس، واتضح انها تعاني منذ الطفولة من دقات قلب سريعة اصلا لدرجة انها لا تستطيع لعب الكرة او شرب القهوة او التعرض لاي حرارة، والسيبرابرو الكامل عرضها ايضا لذلك والبوسبار كذلك وحاليا على بوسبار خمسة فقط وسيبرابرو خمسة، ومن الصعب زيادة الجرعة بسبب القلب ولذلك سوف نركز على العلاج المعرفي اليومي لتدريبها على التعامل مع الخوف، والمشكلة الاخرى هي في الفلوس وعدم قدرتها على الاستمرار في العلاج النفسي
