Summary	شاب في مثل سنة متعاون وهادئ ومن أسرة مضطربة لأب متدين بشكل تقليدي وملابس وزي غريب يشبه السلفيين وليس سلفي، وكان يعتدي على الام وعلى الأبناء ، تعرض الشاب لوفاة الأخ الأكبر منذ ٤ سنوات، وبدأ يتدهور تعثر في الثانوية ثلاث مرات، ويتعاطى المخدرات الحشيش والبيرة، حتى وصل زجاجات بيرة، وحاليا يعاني من بعض الأعراض الذهانية مثل افكار الاضطهاد والاشارة وقراءة الأفكار والحاسة السادسة، وكمان حاول يعتدي على الام جنسيا، والاندفاعية وفقر التفكير واضطراب التفكير، وطقوس وسواسية الدواء: اريبيبريكس، وفلوزاك،
Diagnosis/Notes
Social	الاب: جاء اكثر من مرة بدون الابن؛ بعد وفاة اخوه الصغير من ٣ سنين، اتغير تماما وبدأ يعتدي عليا وعلى والدته، ورحنا لدكتور سمير وحتى دخل المستشفى، وغير مستقر، شوية كابح جماحه وشوية يدخن وحشيش ومش ميتقر، هو: انا مشتت، وعشت في أشرك مفككة ومشاكل على طول بين ابويا وامي وأبويا يضرب امي ويضربوا كلنا، والنَّاس ييجوا يحوشوا، وأخويا مات من تلات سنين بحمى والتهاب سحائي، ومن وقتها وانا اتجننت وبدور عليه في كل حتة وعندي عدم رضا وعدم رغبة في الحياة، وبشرب حشيش، وأبويا عنده ورث ومش عايز يبيعه ومعيشنا عيشة وحشة، ومشاكل مع ابويا، ومش عارف اخلص ثانوية عامة وأقفلت من الدنيا كلها،

Follow Up	٢٨/١٠ ، اهدا كتير والاندفاعية اتمنعت، وفيه أعراض جانبية من الدوا، والأفكار اهدى كتير، وده مريح شوية،ولكن الليثيوم 0.2 وتمت زيادته الى ثلاثة أقراص يوميا وتخفيض الابيكسيدون من ٤ الى اتنين مل ٢/١٢ حاليا كويس مع بعض الدوخة، ، وتمت مراجعة الأعراض، ومع المعالج هو اقرب كتير، واحتمال يكون فيه عودة خفيفة للأصوات، ١٤/١/٢٠١٨ ماشي على سيكودال ٣ مل، وثلاث بريانيل، وحاليا احسن كتير وأهدأ رغم انه حاول يهرب في مرة، ، ومقابلة الاب وأكد موضوع الهجوم الجنسي على الام، والأب كذلك مؤمن ازالة اللبس، ، ٤/٣ حصل مشاكل جامدة ضرب زميل له، وزودنا السيكودال لستة مل واهد الى حد ما، وواضح انه اصبح لديه بصيره كبيرة بالمرض وتاريخه الشخصي، ٢٠/٥
