Summary	27 / 4 /2016 الأنسة/ منال أيوب، 47 سنة، صيدلة، صيدلية، لم تتزوج من قبل، تعيش مع الأم. شكوى المريض: من 7 سنين جالى اكتئاب (مخنوقه مش عارفه أتكلم، ومستغربه كل حاجة)، ورحت لدكاتره نفسيين وماستريحتش، وماشيه على أفكسور 150 مجم. التعقيب: - وحيده وترعى أمها ولم تتزوج ولم تصاحب من قبل. تم الاتفاق على: 150 day after day- 75 day after day. ٣١/٥ جاءت مع بنت اختها آلاء م ٢٢، تخفيف الدوا خلاها اكثر قلقا وبدات تصنع اكسسوريس واقترحت عليها تعمله لملجأ أيتام، وسوف تأخذ كورس كلينيكال فارما، شرحت لها أهمية ان تمتد بحثا عن المعنى في الاخر مع الاحتفاظ بفرديتها، حكت عن حب فاشل قديم مع استنزال وان ده مصدر الاكتئاب ، وهذا من ٨ سنوات ٩/٨ مشاكل مع الصديقات احتمال مع تخفيض الدوا، مطلوب تمشي والرجوع للجرعة ١٥٠ مل ومحاولة الصلح ٢٥/١٠ أسوأ عموما والعلاقات لِسَّه مقطوعة، والموتيفال وقف ومش لقياه، وتعبانة جدا، وضروسي شادة، ونوم مفيش، ومش طايقة شغلي وما بذاكرش ومفيش حياة اضافة ابيكسيدون نص مل ٢٤/١ والقلق مستمر بزيادة، مش مرتاحة والدواء مش مريحني، والبرولاكتين زاد جدا، مطلوب زيادة البوسبار وإضافة سيروكويل وعلى بروزاك وايفيكسور ١٥٠ ١/٣ احسن، القلق اقل، احينا بكبر الحاجات، مع الصحاب كويسة، والقلق على بنت اختي اقل، الاتفاق على زيادة البروزاك الى حبتين على ان نقلل الافيكسور الى يوم بعد يوم لأسبوعين ثم كل ثلاثة ايام لمد إسبوعين وبعدها يوقف وسوف نضيف ولبيوترين كمقوي البروزاك ، وقابلت الاستاذ اللي كانت بتحبه بالصدفة بعد خروجه من السجن وده ربكها شوية، ٥/٤ مشاكل كتير مع زميلاتها في الشغل وزميلات عدوانيات وطلبت منها تكبر دماغها، بروزاك حبتين وافيكسور ١٥٠ كل ٣ ايام ٩/٥ تشتكي بشدة، وعملت شكوى في الست اللي بضايقها واتنقلت من الشغل لكن صحابها زعلانين منها عشانها، واجهتها بطريقة تفكيرها المقلقة وخوفها من المنوبوز، ٤/١٠ الحمد لله احسن كتير كتير، ورحت للايف كوتش واتحسنت عليه، ولكن دخلني على حاجة ع النت وطلع نصاب، وسوف تذهب لسالي ،

Follow Up	٣١/١٠/٢٠١٨ أسمن وتوقفت عن الذهاب لسالي وزعلانة وتوقفت عن المشي وبذل اَي مجهود عضلي، حكيت لها حكاية موشى والبابا والتواصل لكي اهدي شعورها مع صاحباتها وان علاقتها بأمها اصبحت سيئة، وعلاقتها بالأخ التوؤم لان مشاكله كترت، واتغير وأصبح اكثر عصبية، ، والخلاصة ان عندها مشاكل كثيرة مع اغلب الناس الاصحاب، والام وزوجة الأخ، واتكلمنا شوية والدنيا بتظبط
