Summary	هويدا 51 سنة, متزوجة, تعمل مدرسة انجليزي, تعاني من ارتفاع ضغط الدم و نقص في هرمون الغدة الدرقية, عندها أعراض اكتئابية من سنة تقريبا.. هي أصولها من جنوب سينا و اهلها متحفظين وجدا و حصلت على تعليم ترجمة انجليزي من غير علمهم في سن متأخرة.. تزوجت اول مرة في سن 19 سنة من ابن عمها و انجبت ولد وبنت و انفصلوا بعد 7 سنين...و تزوجت مرة تانية كزوجة ثانية و أنجبت ولد وبنت..هي حاليا مقيمة في القاهرة ومعاها الاولاد و الزوج مقيم في جنوب سينا... هي جدعة و عنها ضغوطات كتير هتاخد بروزاك و روميرون للنوم..

Follow Up	٢٨/١١ هذه السيدة نشأت وتربت قاهرية لأسرة من أصول سيناوية لاب متزوج من اربعة وسي السيد تماما، وفِي عمر ١٩ سنة تزوجت ابن عمها وانتقلت للحياة في ابورديس بسينا وعانت من النقلة الحضرية التي عانت منها ومنعها الأخ والزوج من تكملة تعليمها بعد نجاحها في الثانوية وعاشت في كرب شديد لمدة عشر سنين بين انفصال وعودة حتى تقدم لها رجل متزوج من سينا وقررت الزواج منه للتخلص من زوجها الاول وحينها اضطر الأهل لتطليقها، ولَم يكن الزوج الثاني مختلفا عن الاول في إهماله لها وهما منفصلين حاليا منذ سبع سنين، وقد انجبت من الاول ولد وبنت، ومن الثاني ولد وبنت ، والبنت الكبرى معاقة وراثيا وتعليم متوسط وتعمل موظفة، والابن التالي مندفع ومتعدد المشاكل والابنة التالية جيدة والرابع جيد، وقد مرت مرت بتجربة عنيفة وصادمة جدا من سنة لان الابن الأكبر بعد اخذ ماورثته من ابيها وهي خمسة مليون جنيه وعمل مشاكل عنيفة مع الأخوال بسبب الورث قام بمشاركة الرجل الذي قتل خطيب ابنته في الشروق وكان من الممكن يكون مكان صديقه الذي قتل، وقد تدهورت الاعراض بشدة منذ ذلك الوقت وهي اصلا شخصية حساس، و تعاني من نقص هرمون الغدة الدرقية وتاخذ التروكسين. وبالفحص تعاني من نقص الاهتمام والعصبية والخمول الشديد وفقد الرغبة بشكل عام وبدات بروزاك منذ ٢٠ يوم وسوف تستمر عليه ويزداد الى حبيتين مع جلسات مع الفت،
