Summary	سيدة عمرها ٣٦ سنة لأخ اصغر وام متوفية واب على المعاش، من اسرة مضطربة لام مسيحية وأسلمت وعانت من القلق الشديد واب ناصري واخ مضطرب نفسيا، وتزوجت عن حب وانجبت بنت عمرها ١١ سنة وولد ٧ سنين ، تخرجت من كلية علوم ولَم تستقر في عمل وتدرس السينما منذ ثلاث سنوات وتعيش مع الأطفال كحاضنة، وتتكلم بشكل سودوفيلوسوفيكال باعتبارها فاهمة كل شيء ، و الحالة بدأت بعد الطلاق منذ خمس سنوات وذلك حسب كلامها نوبات من القلق واخذت سيبرالكس وجلسات علاج معرفي واستمرت لمدة سنتين ونص. تحسنت تماما ومنذ سنة ولانها كانت تذهب مع أمها لزيارة طبيب نفسي ووصول لها بنترلكس ومستمرة عليه حتى الان، ومنذ سنة نقلت للمعادي لتكون بجوار الطليق وحدثت مشاكل كثيرة في المدرسة بسبب اضطراب الابن ولخبطة مدرسته حتى انه حصل بينها وبين احد المدارس كلاشات قوية وبالفحص تعاني من نوبات من القلق مع قلق اجتماعي بشكل عام وعدم استقرار علاقاتي، وتاخذ بروزاك

Follow Up	جاءت فى ٥ يناير ٢٠١٩ بعد تعرضها للاحتجاز فى قسم الشرطة اثناء تصويرها لمشروع تخرج فى مركز ارث..وقد تم التواصل معاها اثناء تواجدها فى القسم وبعده. جاءت متماسكة ولكن خايفة وتحدثنا عن تاريخها الشخصى بالتفصيل ١٢/١/٢٠١٩ احسن كتير وتوصف انها ذهنها اكثر وضوحا جدا ومازالت تستخدم الفاظ او مصطلحات غير متطابقة،ولكن الحادثة عاملة لها توتر شديد، ومع ذلك اَي افضل جدا مع الناس ومع الأطفال، وسوف تاخذ اندرال وتيبوفورتين لتقليل التوتر بالذات في الشارع وزيادة التركيز ٢/١٠/٢٠١٩ وقفت التيبوفورتين لانه عمل حساسية، وبتروح لالفت بدون تقارير وتقول ان الفت نصحتها تزود جرعة البروزاك، وتعاني حاليا من جسدنة واندفاعية وبكاء، ، والمسار انها تحسنت بعد البروزاك ثم حصل القبضة وتعبت جدا وبدات تتحسن تاني وحاليا بتعاني من التخن الغير مبرر، رغم محاولات التخسيس والرياضة والدايت، وزيادة البروزاك الى اتنين ١٨/١٢ في علاقة مستقرة من تسع شهور وحصل حمل من شهر ونص واتلخبططت شوية لكن الأمور جيدة والقلم بتاعها بدا يتحرك وسوف تاخذ توبيراميت لتثبيت المزاج وتقليل الاكل، كما ان الابن عنده مشكلة احتباس براز وهيحتاج حقنة شرجية،
