Summary	رجل يمني عمره ٤٦ سنة من حضرموت خريج فلسفة ويعمل مدرس عمل في امال اخرى كثيرة منها بالأمم المتحدة ولديه فرص كثيرة للعمل كما يقول، ومتزوج وعنده ولدين وبنت وعمل في اعمال كثيرة ومنذ ست سنوات بدا يعاني بشدة من أعراض جسدية تتراوح ما بين مشاكل بالجهاز الهضمي والجهاز العصبي، وكسل والام شديدة ورغم الفحوصات العديدة لم يعثر على تفسير عضوي مما رجع الخلفية النفسية لتلك المشاكل مما جعله يراجع أطباء نفسيين عديدين ومنهم دكتور محمد المهدي وحتى توقف عن التخزين والدخان ولَم يحدث تحسن،

Social	من حضرموت: انا خريج فلسفة ومثقف واشتغلت في اعمال كثيرة ومنها في الامم المتحدة ومن ست سنوات بدأت اتعب جسديا وقلبي يتعبني ولفيت كثير وكلهم قالوا روح لطب نفسي، ورحت لمحمد المهدي واخدت علاج لمدة ٩ سنوات وما سترحتش،

Follow Up	علاء 12-11-2018 بدات الحاله منذ 6 سنوات ٢٠١٢ حيث ظهرت الاعراض فى صورة الكسل والخمول وشكاوى جسديه واحساسه بالموت واحساسه ان التنفس سيتوقف تزامن ذلك مع زيادة تخزين القات ( على الاغلب نوبة هلع وتم اسعافه بمستشفي عضوي ولم يستدل علي اسباب عضويه ولجا بعدها لاستشارة العديد من الاطباء عضويه والعلاجات الشعبيه دون تحسن وتمثلت الاعراض فى صورة ( خمول وكسل واحساس بضيق التنفس والام بالصدر والقلب والعين والاخساس بالموت وضعف الرغبة الجنسيه واستمرت الاعراض مابين حدتها واستقرارها ثلاث سنوات لجا خلالها للعديد من الاطباء وتوقف عن العمل ، ومنذ 3 سنوات حضر للقاهرة ولجا لاستشارة اطباء قلب وصدر وانف واذن وتعرض لعملية احتيال من احد اطباء الانف وزادات الاعراض فى صورة صعوبة البلع ولجا لاستشارة د.محمد المهدى ووصف ادويه لايتذكرها المريض واستمر عليها سنه دون تحسن واستمرت الاعراض فى صورة الام بالراس وقام بعمل اشعة مقطعيه ولجا للدكتور الجهرى باليمن ووصف دواء للقلق ود. عمر بامير ووصف ادويه نفسيه لايتذكرها واستمر عليها 6 شهور وتمثلت الاعراض فى احساسه بالموت وانقطاع التنفس ويتم اسعافه بجهاز الاكسجين ، وزادات الاعراض فى صورة اعراض تحوليه بالرقبه واليد والبكاء حيث كانت تنتابه الاعراض بصورة فجائيه مصاحبه بشكاوى جسدىه التعقيب : يرجح ان الحاله هى نوبات هلع مصاحبه بشكاوى جسديه ، وتم عمل اختبار الشخصية المتعدد M.M.P.I واظهرت النتائج ارتفاع على مقاييس توهم المرض والهستيريا ارتفاع اقل حده على الاكتئاب
