Summary	سيدة عمرها ٤٨ سنة وتعمل موظفة بمحكمة ولها عمل خاص وتزوجت قريب لها يعمل محاسب وانجبت بنتين وولد الكبرى ٢٨،٢٥، وولد ١٨سنة وطول الوقت لا يوجد توافق مع الزوج وجاءت تشتكي من ان البنت الكبرى تعاني من اضطراب شخصية وتعالج احيانا وتقطع أيدها وترتبط وتترك والبنت الوسطى تعاني من التوتر والابن الاصغر يعاني من مشاكل أيضا والزوج لا يعترف بوجود تلك المشاكل وغير متعاون وبالفحص ومن وجهة نظر الزوجة يعاني الزوج من اضطراب الشخصية البارانويد، والانطوائية ويميل الى البرود وفردي ، وأما الزوجة فتعاني من صورة ذات متدنية، واعراض قلق واكتئاب من إضراب التكيف مثل اوجاع جسدية وخمول وقلق وارق واضطراب نوم وسوف تاخذ سيمبالتا وتذهب لالفت،

Social	بناتي كانو جايين ، سمر كانت بتجز على سنانها من زمان ودكتور وصف لها ريميرون وبعدين وقفته، وأختها بتتعالج عند دكتورة نفسية وفيه مشاكل مع الاب ضاغط عليهم، وسمر عندها اضطراب بير الشخصية وبتعور نفسها وارتبطت كتير وسابت وحاليا مرتبطة ورافضة تعرفني عليه وأبوهم مختلف معايا على طول ومتحكم جدا، ومش شايف انهم عيانين، وانا مكتئبة جدا وحزينة وعايزاه يختفي من حياتي ودايما انتقادي ويحسسني اني غلط،

Follow Up	١١/١٢ السيمبالتا حسنت المزاج والمواجهة وبالذات مع الزوج، والبنت وافقت تحل الخماسي ولكن رفضت تيجي تقابلني والعلاقة بالزوج شديدة السوء جدا، بسبب عدم التوافق وقلت لها تزن عليه لتاخذ ما تريده، والمفاجأة ان الاب عنده مشاكل قلبية كتير و ٣ شرايين مسدودين ولذلك طلبت منها توقف المواجهة، ولا ضرورة للضغط عليه والابن بيشرب سجاير وفِي الثانوية العامة والبنت التي رفضت تجيء لي اتضح انها كانت بتاخد ترامادول ووقفت وشكلها مضطربة بشكل ما ٢٩/١ الزوج توفى فجاة من مرض القلب، والمشكلة انه مات وهم مقيمين في الشقة الاخرى بعيدا عنه، وهي والبنات يشعرون بذنب كبير جدا، وبيلوموا بعض جدا والبنات واكتشفت بعد الوفاة ان الراجل كان طيب وبتاع خير وصدقات ولكن جاف داخل البيت، وذهبت بالابن لدكتورة اخرى وماشي الحال ولكن الكبرى والصغرى رافضين ييجو وسوف تحاول
