Summary	شاب وفتاة عمرهم ٢٨ سنة ومن نفس العيلة هو ابن عمتها وهو طبيب بيطري وهي خريجة اداب وست بيت وتزوجا منذ ٤ سنوات، ومعهما طفل عمره ٣:٥ ومنذ سنة تفاقمت المشاكل بينهما بسبب غيرة الزوجة وذلك بسبب شكها فيه ودقامت باختراق حسابه؟؟ واكتشفت انه عامل حساب مزيف وبيعمل شات مع نساء أخريات وبدات المشاكل ووصلت للاسرة لدرجة حصل اعتداء من الحماة العمة على الزوجة وهي وزوجها ضربوا بعض في الشارع، وفيه إهانات كثيرة بينهم، وحاليا تشعر بعدم الحب له ورغم تعدد غضبها الا ان الأهل لايعرفون بهذه الأمور وبالفحص هي سيدة توفت أمها وتركتها مع اخوتها اكبرهم ست سنوات وتولت العمات رعايتهم بشكل متقطع ثم تزوج الاب من أم لم يكن بينهما وفاق دايم مما ربما أورثها شعورا عميقا وأصيلا بعدم الأمان وهي تعاني من اضطراب القلق وتقلب العلاقات والأفكار الانتحارية والأرق والشعور بالدونية وتلك اعراض سابقة على المشاكل الزوجية وهو بالفحص عاش في اسرة مستقرة ويبدو تربى بحماية مفرطة مما جعله يتاثر بمشاكله مع زوجته وإهانتها له ويعاني من اعراض اكتيابية وحساسية عالية وسوف يأخذان سيبرالكس وهي ريميرون،،

Social	هي: احنا من نفس العيلة والفترة الاخيرة مفيش اَي تفاهم بينا، ومن سنة بشك فيه وحاسة ان فيه موضوع ومش عارفة أتأقلم هو: فيه مشاكل زي اَي مشاكل في اَي بيت وجينا هنا عشان دعاء ومن سنة مفيش اَي تفاهم وفيه حاجات كتير اتكسرت زي الاحترام، ووصلنا كذا مرة للانفصال وفيه واحدة كانت زبونة عندي عندها قطط وبقينا أصدقاء ولَم يتعد هذا الام لدرجة عرفتها بمراتي ولكن مراتي وصل الشك بيها ان اَي حاجة تشك،

Follow Up	٥/٢/٢٠١٩ لم يلتزما على الدواء وحصل بينهما حوارات حادة وصريخ متبادل، وان كانو اهدا في الفترة الاخيرة وما يثير المشاكل الفلاش باكس بتاع الشات مع البنت، وهو حاليا ابتدى يزهق ولكنه مازال يرغب في الاستمرار كما ان صراخها يؤثر على الطفل كذلك، وواضح انه محبط ومتأثر بالمشاكل، وعملنا التمرين الثلاثي والدنيا فكت كتير وأجلت مناقشة الرضا الزواجي وسيعملوه مرة اخرى واخذو سيمبالتا
